***HANDICAPPED/BONVOY REVIEWER*** Planned and reserved with BONVOY. In the area for 4 days and 3 nights to gather apples and go to favorite restaurants. Was on the third floor, away from the elevator. Older hotel, but clean. Night staff was very friendly, had me spin a wheel that landed on 700 but never told me what it was and after a long drive I was too tired to ask. Full size fridge with ice maker, sink, 2 burner sink. Depending on your disability these things may not work for you. The couch, which is old, low, and you can feel the metal bar would probably only be good for a very light adult or children. The bed was an old coil spring mattress that was super uncomfortable. It is not a handicapped accessible bed. The A/C /heat is high up on the wall with a dining room table in front of it. A/C runs loudly and isn’t super effective. Closet, ironing board, iron are all non accessible. Extra blanket was on top of the closet. Bathroom sink not accesible, couldn’t even reach tissue box. Bathtub had attached support bars, which had cracked and been spackled over at some point, didn’t make me feel safe. Bathtub had black mold in numerous places. Toilet had a bar on one side. The light was VERY dark. This room appeared to be a regular that the bear minimum was done to call this a handicapped room. **What I found very weird about this hotel is despite 5-7 cars in the parking lot there was a LOT of traffic in the hotel. A lot of people eating breakfast. Friday and Saturday night the parking lot was packed full but cleared out early Sunday morning. There are better/newer handicap rooms available, just not here.
