THIS IS ABSOLUTELY AN AWFUL PLACE TO STAY! ! I checked into this hotel and paid for 2 nights. After entering the room, I noticed a lot of ants in the bathroom, and called the front desk. I was told to stay in the room, and after some time, a lady came to the room with a can of ANT SPRAY! I told her that I didn’t want to stay there, and requested my money back. She then proceeded to tell me that I couldn’t get my money refunded because I had been in the room for 10 minutes, and they had posted a note on the registration wall that they would not refund payment if someone stayed in the room for 10 minutes. I was in the room waiting for the ant issue to be resolved because they told me to wait in the room until someone came; and now, I was being told that they wouldn’t refund my payment! I didn’t stay in that hotel at all, not one or two nights! I checked into a nearby hotel, as it was very late when I arrived from out of town. I even called the police department to make a formal complaint. WHAT A TERRIBLE BUSINESS ETHIC, TO EXTRACT MONEY FROM CONSUMERS, JUST LOOKING FOR A DECENT PLACE TO STAY, AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THEM IN SUCH A WAY!!!
