Not great. And not a hotel. I’m an obviously disabled wheelchair user, and from the moment when we arrived and the valet parking guys stood around chatting and playing on a phone whilst my older friend struggled to unload the luggage, through the room not being cleaned during our stay (no housekeeping provided), to checking out (where again they said they would but didn’t provide any help to get luggage down from the room), this establishment just kept coming up short. Even the much-hyped rooftop pool, is a tiny thing in a desolate concrete wasteland with some sun loungers and nothing else. No wonder nobody seemed to use it. The positives; our room was a good size and the bathroom was properly set up for wheelchair users, and had a lounge attached to the room, the breakfast was good, the front desk people were pleasant and the location is quite central. However, San Antonio is full of great hotels; pick one of them instead. San Antonio
