For shared use: large, well-kept garden 5'000 m2 (fenced) with plants and flowers. Hot tub, parking (for 6 cars) on the premises. Supermarket, restaurant, bar 500 m, bus stop 3.2 km, railway station "Sanremo" 3 km. Marina 2.5 km, golf course (18 hole) 9 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. The decor is dated. During the hot summer months, the 3 movable fans are absolutely inadequate. Air conditioning is an absolute must here! The property is far too far from a supermarket, bar, beach etc. Outside the site it is not possible to explore the a
