Excellent Hotel in all respects. Emilie/Jessica at the front desk were excellent. Arranged for hotel bus to take me to Kendall Jackson Winery and also offered to bring me back Maggie/Deana were very helpful in restaurant - Burger and Brown Ale were excellent.

This hotel is conveniently, located and quality of service is excellent. The staff appeared to be very well motivated. Jessica 6 and Emily check me in and will help for sorting out some credit card issues. The hotel provided complementary transportation for wine tasting at the nearby Kendall Jackson Vineyard. Deana in the restaurant was very helpful for breakfast on both days . I would stay again there without hesitation

Booked here last minute when we were not able to stay with family as planned. All the staff were extremely helpful and empathetic - we ended up really enjoying our stay here, even though it started as an emergency back-up plan. After a 12 hour flight and 2+ hour bus ride from SFO, the hotel shuttle picked us up at Sonoma Cty airport (driver Carlos was prompt and helpful with the bags). We were greeted at the front desk by Sandra and would like to praise her for her empathy and care. We were very tired and stressed out and she made us feel calm and welcome. The manager Erin was also extra helpful during our stay, asking if there was anything she could do to help us out. Our 3rd floor room was quiet and spacious. Although the decor is a little bit dated, everything was very clean and well-maintained. We slept well and were very comfortable. The hotel restaurant offered a nice breakfast (thanks also to the attentive breakfast attendant and friendly chef who were pleasant even at 6:30am), with either a buffet or cooked-to-order options. The food was above our expectations and there was plenty to choose from. They also offer lunch, dinner and drinks which is handy as there is not too much in the immediate area. There's also a convenience shop on premises for snacks as well as a free coffee/tea station. The area is quiet (office park and movie theater next door) and we didn't hear any noise from the airport. The free parking is well-lit and directly in front of the hotel. We didn't have a car for the first couple of days, but were able to get into downtown Santa Rosa using the SMART train. The station is only about 10 mins walk away and it's very cheap and convenient to get to Santa Rosa or Petaluma among other places. We really appreciated being able to get around without a car and were happy to have SMART as an option. Other plus points at this hotel are the well-equipped business center with printers, which helped us with the reorganization of our disrupted trip. There's also an indoor pool and a small but nice gym. It's really a full service hotel with everything you need. I would definitely stay here again. Finally, I really would like to once again commend the staff - everyone we dealt with at the hotel was very helpful and friendly. We really appreciated this!! Thanks and keep up the good work!

The service was great here, very helpful people. I usually don't enjoy the breakfast at the hotels, but the omelet was one of the best cooked omelets I've had as well as the breakfast potatoes (and I'm a foodie). Hotel seemed very clean as well!

Nice and clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating, but the bed was too hard and the pillows were too soft. Had a rough two night stay. Didn't get any sleep. Couldn't wait to check out! Would've left sooner but we had already prepaid for our room.

If you need to spend the night close to the Sonoma County Airport, this is the place to stay. Maggie at the bar was awesome. The food was perfect and the people who work the front desk are amazing. I will stay here again!

This hotel was just OK to begin with but comfortable and convenient, though dated and dark with uncomfy beds. Whatever. Fine for a night or two and again, conveniently located. But, I will never stay here again because of the abhorrent service from Deanna. After all the "catch me at my best cards" I've left for employees at this place, and post visit emails to management about wonderful staff, I'm not sure what happened here, but it's not good! I wish I could remember the name of the other awful employee I dealt with instead of just singling out Deanna, but she (Deanna) REFUSED to provide that information.

We stayed at this hotel in 3 rooms along with our adult "kids" for a wedding. For what this hotel is, they provided outstanding accommodations. Very clean, beautiful views from 3rd floor, odd number rooms, excellent snacks and wines and other beverages. Huge breakfast. Room service is available for dinner (who does this anymore?!). The staff is friendly and kind. Furthermore, I cannot repeat enough, it's clean!!!! I am a germaphobe and our room was very nicely clean. They offer daily housekeeping if you desire. Thank you to the staff, we would definitely stay here again and spend the time exploring wineries and restaurants galore! (3 minutes to airport!)
