Serviço ruim. Esperamos 4 horas pelo check-in. Eles só tinham uma equipe naquele dia, então ele não conseguiu nos acomodar imediatamente. Mas pelo lado positivo, a equipe atualizou nosso quarto e nos deu o quarto com vista para o mar. O hotel também está localizado perto da praia de Dadonghai, por isso é muito conveniente para todos.

The apartment is very old compared to what you see in photos. It doesn’t really have much. It’s good to just be there to get some sleep or take a shower. I didn’t like it. The shower works well, the toilet has no cover on the water box. It doesn’t have a handle to flush you have to dip your hands inside that box.

Just fine for a cheap room for a night or two. Good area, close to everything. Paper-thin walls and interior windows facing the hall (with lights in all night). But can't beat the price.

This is a very good price/quality hotel in the area. Don't expect much: the elevators are very slow, it is not that clean and not new. But it has a hot shower and a good working aircon. The balcony has a drying rack and a bench. Not bad at all. Nevertheless, if you are not on a budget I would recommend paying extra and getting a hotel with new rooms.

This hotel at walking distance from the beach. It is really nice and cheap. Perfect choice when you're on budget. Different sort of rooms are available with the facility to upgrade. It may not be easy to find the office if you don't call the receptionist and let her speak to cab driver. We did it in this way and receptionist was so nice to walk through to the road to receive us from cab. Balcony faces directly to the beach.

Good location and all marts, restaurants and pharmacies are nearby. Active place and shops are open till late night. 05 min walk from beach and all other places in Sanya are easy to approach with 30KM.

This was the most abhorrent hotel i have stayed in. Although the location was good. First if all the reception is not on top of it. It took 2/3 hours to complete the check in. They don’t give you the actual room you book on the site. I wont call it a hotel as its dirty. The staff hasn’t cleaned the room for the 5 days i have stayed there. This is not for couples at all! Solo travelers only! Be open minded when you book this hotel.

This hotel must be the worst place We’ve ever stayed at in our 10years in China. Check-in took over 2 hours whilst being told the room is almost ready. We should have known better when we set foot in the worst lobby in Asia, but we are a positive experienced traveling family holding on to hope thinking it can’t be that bad once we get to the room. We were wrong. Once in the room we quickly discovered stuff was broken. Tv didn’t work, the kitchen didn’t work, the wifi only worked if sat on the couch, no hot water, no door handles, no window handles, the ‘terrace’ was a utility room, ants all over the bedroom table, dirty floors, not enough towels, gross bed board, and the clothing closed was padlocked leaving a family of 4 to share half a closet. When complaining about this to the hotel I was told ‘tomorrow tomorrow tomorrow’. The only great thing about this hotel is that when we decided to leave the next morning they refunded us for the days to come and gave us till noon to get out of this hellhole. Thank you! We are a experienced traveling family, and for this price (¥450 a night) it must be the most disappointing stay we have ever had in Asia. One important tip to other families thinking of booking this place ‘run while you can!’

rooms not cleaned in 5 days and not clean to begin with. The world's slowest elevators. Front desk staff get really frustrated if they don't understand you. Mouldy curtains. No clean towels. Stayed with 2 friends who all booked the same type of 'sea view' room and all the rooms were of a completely different standard. Also the bed was so hard I struggled to get more than 3 hours sleep per night. relatively cheap considering we went during spring Festival however after staying in many hotels around China this was by far my worst experience. Good location though 10 minute walk from the beach

公安的核驗系統還私自收取核驗費用，是誰授權你們的權利，你們代表公安嗎？電話裏斬釘截鐵的説要收，就因為我們發生不愉快就不收了？馬桶圈上大量的尿漬，表面工作都懶得做了嗎，熱水器臟成這樣，敢用那的水洗澡嗎？床特別硬，床單還特別不舒服，睡着粘粘的，尤其是服務態度極差！當時是凌晨四五個喝着酒的大漢，還沖我吼！看我是個女生覺得好欺負？這種黑店誰敢住？

性價比還算可以，出差暫時居住挺好的。還有的都有，設施齊全，床單還算乾淨整潔，位置上了13層電梯左手邊，1311。
