This hotel was very accommodating to our needs. When we complained that the original room wasn't up to our standards they moved us into a new room. And even were able to move our belongings into the new room while we went outside to play. I would recommend this hotel to families as the swimming pool is very good for young children with the water slides and the play thing.

We are a family of 3, two adults and 1 child. We were very pleased with the service given to us by Debby（小黄）. She catered to all our needs and made us feel part of the Ocean Sonic Resort family. 1. Ocean Sonic Resort was an absolute delight for our family vacation! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. Nimo in particular was incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure all our needs were met.A big thank you to Nimo for making our stay a wonderful experience. The resort itself is fantastic, with incredible swimming pools that are perfect for families. They had fun foam parties for the kids every single day, which they absolutely loved. The beach is just a short walk across the street, providing easy access to the beautiful ocean. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. We felt right at home during our stay. The resort grounds are beautifully landscaped and maintained, creating a serene and relaxing atmosphere. The amenities, activities, and customer service at Ocean Sonic Resort are top-notch. We couldn't have asked for a better family vacation spot. We'll definitely be returning in the future!

in general, everything is fine. The staff is polite and courteous. High-quality room cleaning is present. It is inconvenient to leave the hotel early in the morning. Foreign tourists do not have a Didi taxi booking program. The reception staff does not help to call a taxi in any way

During our stay at this hotel, we were very pleased with the service provided by butler Xiao Zeng! Not only did he enthusiastically recommend local cuisine to us, but he also offered us many useful travel tips. The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation, making our travels more convenient. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay, and we will definitely choose this hotel again next time!

ocean sonic is really good but little bit all things old. Breakfast is nice yammy

Our trip was very nice even thought the Hotel staff did not speak English.

Everything was perfect. They have western food and is not the same every morning. For kids is perfect.

The hotel staff did not help even asking sometimes where to go for dinner in the hotel. The room was not as per the photo shown. The AC was bit cold

We had a really lovely stay. Our room was huge and had an amazing view of the sea and city. The pool is really big, so even when it was busy there was still room for us to swim about. The pool is located in the middle all the buildings, so the pools is shady, which is a positive for me because I burn easy. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. The only negatives are the breakfast and needing some updated all around. The breakfast is a buffet, but no western options and all the Chinese food was subpar. I won’t pay extra for the breakfast next time. And updates all around, it’s an older location and you can see some things that could be updated. Maybe some paint, replacing a few pieces here and there, etc. But nothing that made our stay negative by any means.
