Fabulous breakfast. Very attentive and helpful especially the concierge. Breakfast attendant was very conscientious and area was exceptionally clean and stocked. Rooms really need to be deep cleaned. Comfortable beds. Convenient location.

The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. The breakfast was awesome. We had a hot meal every morning and everyone was satisfied. It was within blocks of everything and especially the riverfront, so we walked everywhere. We didn’t have to worry about parking or driving at all. The pool was heated so we were able to enjoy it every night almost like a hot tub. We’d certainly go there again and recommend it to anyone.

This hotel location was great for walking everywhere
Lobby was great area, personnel was great. The main disappointment was the room ,towel bar was falling off wall,ceramic tile around tub needed deep cleaning along with floors, very used room

We really enjoyed our stay here. This is an older, smaller hotel. The room was small, but maintained very well. It was updated and clean. Could get noisy from traffic, but there are shutters and a pull down shade on windows. There is also a sound machine. The breakfast was wonderful. Great location for walking around the city. If you want extravagant this is not your hotel, but if you want a quaint hotel that is clean, comfortable, and a good value, I would recommend.

My room was spotless and well-appointed.
Only one negative: after confirming in advance the pool was open my key would not open the security gate.
I loved the location only one street above the river walk.
