Our time at Senna House Scottsdale was an absolute dream. This is my husband’s and I second time staying here for our wedding anniversary. The staff here always makes us feel more than welcome and special. The spaces are clean, modern, spacious and fun. The restaurant, Cala, is a great contribution to the serene feel of the hotel. Not to mention the food and drinks are More than anything else, Senna House staff are amazing. Specifically, our hosts were MJ, Opie, and Sam, all of whom provided outstanding customer service and remained professional even during challenging moments. They were very accommodating, welcoming, and refreshing. They made our stay feel like a second home. They are a fantastic team and should be highlighted for their outstanding hospital qualities. We appreciate them so much and look forward to staying at the Senna House when we return in 2025!

Our team from Coca-Cola recently stayed at the Senna House during our off-site in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area, and it was truly a delightful experience. I cannot thank the staff enough for their incredible hospitality, especially the front desk manager, MJ, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless. From the moment we arrived, the hotel had welcoming feel. The interiors were hip and thoughtfully designed, creating a relaxing and enjoyable vibe that our team greatly appreciated. The check-in and check-out processes were remarkably efficient, and the staff also expertly managed the delivery of our gift bags to each room, which was no small feat given our group size. The hotel's restaurant and bar, Cala, were excellent across the board. Whether we were ordering room service, dining in smaller groups, or enjoying a lively evening at the bar, the quality of food and service was consistently top-notch. I personally fell in love with their breakfast potatoes – so much so that I had them multiple times during our stay! They did a great job on our group breakfast on the patio on the last day. It was a nice setting and provided a wonderful opportunity for our team to relax and enjoy one another’s company before wrapping up our stay in the area. Another thoughtful touch was the provision of a conference room to hold our luggage after we checked out. This was incredibly convenient and something I hadn't anticipated, showcasing the hotel's commitment to anticipating and meeting our needs. Communication with the hotel’s sales team during the planning phase was exceptional. They were always responsive, accommodating, and eager to help make our off-site successful. This level of service truly made the coordination and execution of our event much smoother than expected. Additionally, the hotel's location was fantastic, with plenty of things nearby. It was ideal for our business purposes, but I could also see it being a perfect spot for a vacation. The Senna House provided us with an outstanding experience, from incredible customer service and a beautiful atmosphere to delicious food and thoughtful accommodations. I would highly recommend this hotel for any business group and am already looking forward to returning for a vacation.

Our experience was amazing from the moment we entered the property. MJ and Opie at check in were both fantastic. We were there to celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday and everyone made him and I feel so special. MJ and Opie went beyond expectations and we were so happy. Our room was clean, modern and spacious. I slept well and the pillows were probably the best that I have slept on. There is a nice restaurant and a popular bar on the premises which were both fantastic. The pool and bar were also very nice. The bar tender created a special drink for us, I believe she called it the Laura special. I remember it had a watermelon twist on top. I would highly recommend this hotel for the area, staff, comfortably and much much more. You won’t be disappointed!

Exactly what I expected from a Scottsdale boutique hotel; cool and edgy style with a fun evening vibe on the weekend. I'm not one for the busy/lively bar or club scene while it was fun to be in the energetic environment as i grabbed a quick bite to eat at Cala. I didn't feel overwhelmed by it and amazed at how i couldn't tell from my room that there was a full restaurant of social butterflies in full swing. By the way, the roasted cauliflower was my favorite! The checkin experience was thurough and friendly. Sometimes as individuals go through all the stuff they need to it seems exhausting or tedious but i did not get that at any point and my experience really was a great welcome! I appreciated the handout provided which told me hours, locations, general info I could refer to throughout my stay. I think I slept better than I have [in a hotel] in a while. The room had plenty of lights, plugs to charge my devices; I enjoyed the decor -especially a couple of photos from the area from the past. They definitely took the southwest elements while it's very subtle, tastefully incorporated and the main feel is upscale contemporary (some hotels lean into it and well, I have no interest in sleeping in a stagecoach). The bathroom floor tiles were my favorite, black hexagon with white accent design. I usually stay in a hotel and move on to my next stop, nothing notable (good or bad). At Senna House, I found myself really enjoying the decor, looking around and noticing the finer details that I'm spending my time in. Check out was better than check in, they must have a great team with how engaged they are in connecting with their guests. I look forward to going back!

MJ is very professional, friendly, excellent customer, the list is endless. She made us feel as guests and important like other guests. I have not felt that for a while. We came in as an airline crew. This is now my favourite hotel. Thank you MJ See you soon.

Cet hôtel qui n’a que 3 ans a un charme fou. Toute la décoration est très soignée. Cela commence dès l’extérieur de l’hôtel avec ses nombreux cactus. Lorsque vous rentrez dans le hall vous êtes subjugués par la décoration sobre, zen. Tout le personnel est attentif et souriant. Les chambres sont quant à elles très confortables et la salle de bain est juste « waouh ». Le wifi fonctionne très bien, le petit dej est à tomber tellement c’est bon.

Superbe hôtel , la déco fait penser à un boutique hôtel . Chambre confortable, propre et moderne. À la réception, MJ nous a beaucoup aidé pour nos recherches d’excursions . Ell est très souriante et très agréable ainsi que professionnelle . Travaillant pour une compagnie aérienne, je reste dans beaucoup d’hôtels dans le monde et peux donc les comparer . Je recommande donc cet hôtel !

Très bon accueil de l'équipe de la réception et notamment la manager MJ ainsi qu un de ses collègues. C est vraiment rare de nos jours d'avoir un si bon accueil ! Je tiens à les féliciter. On a pu leur poser des questions sur les activités dans la région, ils nous ont aidé en appelant pour nous notre loueur de voiture (car difficile pour nous de communiquer en anglais au téléphone). Les employés de cet hôtel sont vraiment souriants polis et accueillants. Les infrastructures étaient également très bien (piscine un peu fraiche, salle de sport). L hôtel est proche de plusieurs magasins et restaurants. Les chambres sont belles et confortables.
