Unfortunately, this had to be the worst hotel stay for us. I called early on our arrival day to let them know that we would be getting in after 10pm. I was told to call them when we arrived to have the shuttle pick us up. When we arrived to Seattle and I called the hotel, I was told there shuttle ended at 11pm. Once we arrived and went into our room the toilet was full of toilet paper. When I flushed the water came up. The toilet was clogged. Went down the front desk. We were given a plunger to take care of the problem ourselves, as there was only 1 person working that night in the front desk. My husband had to unclog the toilet. When we took a shower the water from the shower went into our room. I was told I would get a full credit and was only given $94 from the $226 that I paid. Horrible customer service.
