The Air Conditioner in our room ( which was the main reason to pick this hotel) did not work. There was no one to help or talk to on night time. No front desk, no emergency services. We could not sleep all night, At 4am we opened the window. On the next morning, a technician stepped in without us present, and checked the AC. He said that it worked just fine, which is a clear lie. We switched rooms, and the other room's AC worked so we could compare. We were trying to ask for a refund as we could not sleep at night. No one to talk to. GM even was rude enough to send us to look for another hotel if we are not happy! We tried through ********** where we booked the hotel, however the hotel refused a refund and also front desk person lied again and said that we never complained, according to ********** rep. This is not OK, we were late and missed our morning activity due to room changes. The stuff treat us with no respect, they were not honest and we are not happy at all.
