The rooms are in a state of severe disrepair, with clear signs of neglect and a lack of proper maintenance. The overall environment feels more like a run-down establishment than a supposedly reputable hotel. The bathrooms, in particular, were a disaster. They are not only cramped and uncomfortable, but the poor maintenance made them even worse. It’s obvious that the management has put no effort into keeping the facilities up to standard. Additionally, it became painfully clear that cost-cutting measures were being prioritized over guest experience. Basic amenities like coffee were unavailable during both of my stays, with staff claiming that it was “finished”—something that simply should not happen in any hotel, especially one of Cresta's supposed caliber. Even the towels were being limited to a mere two, which is absurd for a hotel that should be offering guests a comfortable and well-serviced experience.
