I just stayed for a night. Its a new renovated hotel all good i love all the interior but unfortunately I feel the renovated dust still stick on the floor. Idk its just me bcs Im so sensitive of dust. But the bed is so comfortable, especially the pillow, i slept well eventhough I was sick. The AC worked well too, even I turn off tbe AC i still can feel the coldness. Overall i highly recommended this hotel if you visit semarang! Oh ya, its very near simpang lima so you just walk around 100m. Good location!

Fawlty Towers anyone??? What a mess of a hotel... Upon checking in and getting to my room I noticed that the mini fridge wasn't cold. I'd describe it as closer to warm than cool. Rang reception who sent someone up who told me that the air conditioner was working fine (wtf)...I explained the issue with the mini fridge and he looked at it for 10 seconds and told me that's as cold as they get....seriously... I rang reception again and explained I wasn't happy and I wanted either a cold fridge or a room change to somewhere that had a cold fridge, after being on hold for ages I was eventually hung up on. About 5 minutes later another staff member arrived and asked why I needed to freeze things...He said the fridge is not a freezer...I told him I knew that and I wanted to keep drinks cold, he said that's as cold as it gets. I told him that wasn't a solution, his response was to tell me to go to the restaurant on a different level and leave my drinks there, and everything I wanted a cold drink to go there and ask the staff to get me one... I asked him to walk through that process so went to level 3 and explained to the staff member there what was going to happen. She looked confused.... Anyway that is what I had to do, disturb the restaurant workers when I wanted a cold drink that night... Next day I decided to go to the restaurant for dinner. I ordered food and a drink and eventually was told they had sold out of everything I had ordered....on a Saturday night...such planning..... This place is dysfunctional but if you want a Fawlty Towers like experience then please book in. .

First time staying at ibis styles semarang. I can say this hotel still new not so long ago. Its located in the heart of semarang juts right in front of simpang lima! Parking was spacious and its free since i know before you need to pay 10.000 for everyday. Room was fabulous,ac was cold. Definitely get my platinum compliments inside. Food at breakfast was tasty. They only have a few room categories. This hotel have a really small gym,just right to restaurants. Its enough to get you exercise. Unfortunately i dont get many pictures since it was short stay. Late check in at early check out. Help me to recognize this beautiful peoples that i met. Nova and vina. Thankyou,, Definitely will come back!

lots of ants in the table and we can even find ants crawling in the peanut crackers Although we order three rooms, the waiter told us we can only use one coupon in total which accounts for just 2 person based on regulations. I don’t understand why?? cause I have went to other accor hotels and they’ve still let 6 of us in.

Actually this is a new hotel with an attractive design, quite spacious and clean. But the services provided should still be improved. The location of this hotel is very strategic, right at Simpang Lima Semarang and next to the culinary center so you don't need to worry about finding food. The corridors and rooms are quite spacious and comfortable, lots of unique decorations. But this hotel does not have a swimming pool and the breakfast served is very inadequate. The taste of the food is not so good and the menu is limited, and it takes a long time to refill.
