Prédio novo, tudo é self-service, não espere nenhum serviço presencial. Máquina de café no quarto, limpo e novo. Quartos pequenos e teto baixo.

Uma coisa a ter em mente é que o check-in antecipado e o check-out tardio têm custos adicionais. Paguei por 2 horas extras para fazer o check-in antecipado e acabei estendendo mais uma noite para acomodar um check-out tardio às 20h. Não espere serviços de concierge típicos como em hotéis, pois o processo de check-in é totalmente self-service. O atendimento ao cliente online pode ser desafiador, especialmente se você não lê coreano. No entanto, você pode ir a pé até o escritório no nível da rua na esquina se precisar de assistência pessoalmente. No geral, se você está procurando um lugar limpo, bem equipado e convenientemente localizado em Gangnam com uma sensação de independência, esta é uma ótima opção. Apenas esteja preparado para a ausência de serviços de hotel padrão e potenciais custos extras para check-ins antecipados/tardios e produtos de higiene básicos.

Tive que vir para Seul para uma viagem de negócios e este foi um lugar absolutamente incrível para ficar.

Extremamente eficiente e limpo, limpo, limpo. Um dos segredos mais bem guardados ao sul do Han.

Room is fully equiped with necessary furnitures for daily life esp. washing machine and cofe machine. Feel confortable during my stay and surely be back again if i visit to Korea.

We enjoyed our stay at Le Collective Gangnam Sac Roium, our room was clean, kitchen and bathroom were well appointed. Our only complaint was the second bedroom’s futon mattress was not cleaned prior to our visit, my daughter found dried rice on the futon, there was no futon cover, just the futon and blanket provided. There was a strong odor when checking the laundry cabinet, we did not need to use the washer so we left the closet closed during our stay. We enjoyed the neighborhood stores, 711 store was just across  the street from our Lobby, very convenient. We enjoyed walking around, checking out the different restaurants and coffee places inspite of the occasional construction barricades. Our hotel room was very quiet during our stay which added to our enjoyment,

1)Clean - There is no cleaning service after check-in, so the cleanliness is poor. When I asked for a vacuum cleaner, they brought it. 2)Location - There is construction site nearby, so large trucks are moving around, so it is not suitable for families with children to walk. However, there is a convenience store nearby, so it is easy to buy water and daily necessities. And Nambu Terminal is a 10-minute walk, and Nambu Terminal subway station is a 15-minute walk. Also, it is really hard to catch a Kakao Taxi. If you walk out onto the main street near Nambu Terminal, you can catch a taxi. 3)Service - The staff try their best to accommodate the customer's convenience. Some staff members will tell you the principle of adding 20,000 won per hour for early check-ins, but others will welcome you without an additional fee. I have never been asked to pay an additional fee for early check-ins while staying at a nearby hotel, and this place was the same. 4)Parking - It is clearly different from the usual hotel parking fee settlement system. In other hotels, after registering the vehicle and applying the guest fee, you can freely exit. But in this building's parking system, even if you register the vehicle, you have to settle separately every time you exit. It is an extremely cumbersome parking settlement system. Also, guests are charged 900 won per 30 minutes. And if you do not exit, a maximum of 15,000 won per day is applied. But if you have to exit multiple times during the day, you have to settle the amount calculated for 30 minutes each time, which is a loss. 5)Luggage storage - Unlike hotels, there is no one to manage and guard your luggage. It seems that you can accidentally take someone else's luggage between similar trunks. Also, to prevent theft, I recommend not leaving trunks without locks or general luggage here. 6)Note - This building has different hotel names on each floor because the landlord is different on each floor. Be careful when ordering delivery food, and when selecting the taxi departure point, the name of a different hotel appears, which can be confusing. 7)Internal area and bedroom - The family two-room that I used is large enough for three adults. However, there is only one bed and one floor mat, and neither of them are soft at all. In addition, the floor mat does not have a separate pad. 8)Overall - If you think of it as using Airbnb, you will be satisfied. Do not think of it as a hotel.

The location is near by airport bus station. If you wanna go airport on the next day, it will be a great choose to you.
