Ótima pousada para quem esta procurando bom custo benefício, os banheiros são compartilhados mas bem separados para homens e para mulheres e os chuveiros também são separados, cozinha compartilhada com todos os utensílios para o preparo de uma refeição, além disso oferece pão, geleia, café soluvel e suco de laranja pra o café da manhã, o quarto que ficamos hospedado tem um chuveiro privado melhorando ainda mais a nossa experiência, localização perfeita, exceto para quem tem restrições à ruídos externos devido a área de clubes ser muito próximas, mas quem gosta de uma balada é o lugar perfeito.

The location is in between two subway station. It will be a long walk if you are carrying your luggage with you from the subway station. And you need to walk 2 storeys of stairs before you reach the entrance. It’s not the worst until you realized there is a pub directly opposite to the hotel with loud music. The music didn’t stop until 2 am. I gave 3/5 for service because they use self checkin if you checkin after the business hour. I’m not sure how’s their service. But there is enough instruction througout via whatsapp. The good thing about the hotel is the cleaniness. And to be fair, the hotel rate is cheap but I will probably spend more on accomodation and spend less somewhere next time.

Checking was prompt and easy using WhatsApp, and the room was clean and orderly. If you're going to the clubs and bars as well, there is no better location to stay as well. Checkout is very easy, and the stay overall was highly worth it.

Location was great especially if you wanted to go club or site seeing.

I liked everything, but it was a little noisy at night, I think that this is not a problem of the hotel, but a problem of location!

Would put a solid four: 5 for communication and 3 for location (quite loud at night). But my stay was almost ruined by administrator's mistake. The guesthouse arranged self- check in at my request (my flight arrived late), but they sent the wrong password for the entrance door. I was lucky to get in, but if not for the person who happened to enter the guesthouse as well when I was there I would be out in the street looking for a new stay in the middle of the night.

Room is nice, and the space is quite large. If you have luggage larger than 24 inches, it's better to choose a hotel because there is an elevator. Otherwise, you'll need to climb stairs with your luggage, about two floors. There are many delicious cafes around! However, due to the presence of bars, it can be difficult to sleep at night because of the loud noise. I'm not sure if other rooms will have the same situation, but the room I was assigned to had noise that lasted until 3 a.m. next time I backpack, I will definitely choose here, but if I have a suitcase, I won't 🥺 The staff is also very friendly, and the responses are timely, with no communication issues.

Great Location , even though it comes with some noise from the party street , very affordable has everything you need as a budget traveler. It is inconvenient to arrive before check in time if you want to leave your luggage you will have call them and send your documents and can take 20 min.

All over, the place is good. Locating at the center of Hongdae. The room is quite small. There are no elevator so you need to carry your luggage through the high stairs! (You can also ask staffs to help). The owner is kind and helpful. However, on weekend that area will be surround by pubs that opens until am time with crowded people shouting and smoking. If your purpose for staying at Hongdae is for party then this place is very convenient but if you need some good rest, here might be quite annoying and crowded.

The room was decent.. the location is great don’t get me wrong but the staff is super strict for no reason and kinda rude I wouldn’t stay here again the only good thing about this place is where it is located other than that this place is terrible.

This is my second time staying at Cocoa Guesthouse. It really disappointed me this time. The air quality in the room is not food. And even the shower room is clogged so it’s not draining. The water was everywhere.

I really love the location of the Guesthouse. The music of the surrounding Clubs can disturb your sleep at times and you need to lug your bag up 3 flights of stairs, but the location and price make up for it. The staff is also very helpful and because this is my second time booking with them, they gave me a free upgrade😁

Good location!

the owner reach me to verify when i needed to check in, even when i supossed to check by 2pm, i told them i was ready waiting on the street and they expedited to clean the room and accomodated to my request. It was an amazing experience, i'll be back for sure
