Clean hotel and friendly staff. Breakfast is good with many selections.

Perfect location in Hongdae area, 2mins walk to the metro station (exit 1). The room is small (can barely open two 24inch suitcases at the same time). The facilities are well functioning and quite new in the room, but not enough space to hang clothes (no closet). Not much noise from the bathroom door / toilet flushing which is good. Sound proof is nice as our room was right next to laundry. It would be great if the gym could open 24h (only open 6am-10pm) as there are not much equipment and need to queue around 7/8am for treadmill. The public area on 21st floor is super cool with chess table / snooker etc. There is a Wowpass machine there. And you can find restaurant and bar there (didn’t visit tho). The outdoor pool is charged even you are hotel guest. It was overpriced (USD256 per night for a basic twin bed room) during our stay, weekdays in the mid October, which is not peak season. I personally will not come again unless the room price drops back to normal. Remember to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste.

Hotel was very conveniently located near the train station exit and there were multiple bus stops near the hotel. It was great to have dispensers (for hot/ambient/cold water and ice) available near the lifts on each floor. However, the bed and pillows were too soft. You will sink all the way in once you rest on the bed/pillow. Daily housekeeping was provided but it could have been more thorough.

The location was perfect! The rooftop bar/ restaurant had a view of the whole city, which I loved! The metro and other shopping areas were all close by. I loved the hotel and would definitely go back.

Room size is spacious , good enough for 2 pax. Bed is comfortable. Close to subway station only 3 min walking . Downstairs have coffee shop, restaurants and Hongdae shopping street are just opposite of the street within walking distance , Daiso also nearby😙. Airport shuttle bus stop locates about 3 min walk. Not too far . Love the rooftop pool which can enjoy the swim anytime. Hotel also provides addition complimentary drinks to guests 😊. Shall come and stay again next time.

Location is super good, 5min to station 1, nearby shopping street and foods. Breakfast voucher buy 1 day before at check in count for discount.

The room space is big enough for two 28 inches luggage. The location of the hotel is very convenient, few minutes walk if you take the subway exit 1. Water bottles were provided everyday. The pillow is too soft, couldn’t provide any support for the neck. The room is facing the main road so quite noisy. They only provide paper cups.

This is my first time at L7, the room is good, quite spacious, good location it is close to line #2 which you can take to myeongdong or other places, but quite far from line #9 which you need to go to the airport, anyways I still give 5/5 on location. Cleanliness 4/5, it is clean in the level of acceptable, but still dust. Service, it is good, but the agreed checked-in time is 3PM, still I could not check-in at the time because the room was not yet ready, need to wait for another 15 mins; does it matter? YES, usually some hotel checked-in time could be 2PM, this hotel is 3PM still cannot manage it. Apart from this? quite good, 2 bottles of water everyday, quite delicious free snack and welcome drink so give it 4/5. Same as facilities, 4/5, good but there are rooms to be better.

Service and location were good! just that the carpet might need some vacuuming and maintenance as it was quite dusty. overall good experience!

May be nice tourist Hotel but not so useful for business travelers. No iron board, closed closet and good working desk/area
