Optei por olhar a foto do meu quarto quando fiz a reserva, mas na realidade ele não estava limpo, o ar condicionado tinha um cheiro horrível, tinha um cheiro de mofo, parou de funcionar depois de várias tentativas, e ligou depois de várias visitas . Não havia redes mosquiteiras no quarto. Havia muitos mosquitos dentro do quarto. O papel de parede do teto era muito fino. Não tem água na geladeira, não tem garrafa de água para beber, ou tem que comprar água e não tem escova de dente. Foi uma noite muito desconfortável. O café da manhã da pousada é apenas pão e café. Em vez disso, há uma diferença de 10.000 won, mas a pousada Toyoko parece estar bem. O café da manhã está incluído no preço do hotel.

The room was as advertised in the picture! The place was really nice and the rooms were clean. The place did not look old either. The reception was also accommodating. Location-wise, it’s usually a 4-6 min walk to the bus stops. Really close to dongdaemun plaza but around 6 bus stops to Myeongdong. The neighborhood was also nice and clean. It’s located on the side of the road which is convenient but I see why other travellers would find the noise from the road uncomfortable. I didn’t mind though. Breakfast was served and they had toast and cereal available. You can, however, cook if you choose to and they have an air fryer as well. We were assigned to room 403. The room was good but there was a leak outside coming from the lights so it floods a little outside the room so maybe just request to not be given room 403 but we had a window though. Overall a pleasant and comfortable stay :)

My stay at the K-Guesthouse was short but okay! Originally I was going with a friend so we booked a twin room but eventually it was just me. I asked if I could swap to a double bed and they were kind enough to accommodate me! Check in was easy, and my room was okay. The bathroom was a little unclean but the bedding was clean and the floor seemed okay too. Only real draw back are the walls are very very thin, so you hear EVERYTHING the rooms beside and above you are doing, from phone calls to drawing the blinds at every hour. The bed is super comfy though. Breakfast is good! Toast, cereal, tea and coffee are on offer - they only ask that you clean your own dishes! Check was quick too and the staff here are both lovely and welcoming!
