This hotel is 3* not even near 5*. Not even sure, under which qualifications were 5* obtained (I am professional hotelier working for proper 5* hotel and I know, what a hotel must provide for 5*). Let me start with a good thing: view from the room is really nice. That is it! Upon arrival, no bellman no doorman to help. After carrying the luggage from taxi drop off (5 minutes walk, as hotel is in pedestrian area) there are some small doors to the terrace of the hotel, that were closed. When you opened it and enter, receptionist then comes to greet you. You walked in heat to get to hotel, because there is no other means to get to hotel, no towel or welcome drink provided to refresh a bit. Already two fails. We did check in, receptionist escorted us to the room. Showed breakfast area and elevator and terrace, when we got to the room, no information about wifi, just mentioned: If you need anything press (number) on phone. She mentioned luggage will be delivered. After 30 minutes waiting (standard for luggage to be delivered for 5* hotels is worldwide 20 minutes) I went to lobby, saw that suitcases were still there and I carried them by myself. Again, two fails. Breakfast starts at 7:30 AM. Because of the time difference and remote work, me and my wife came to sit on the terrace at 7 AM. At 7:45 AM we finally went to grab some breakfast, when on display it was only bread, jam, pastries, water. Eggs, bacon, sausage, cheese, were ready only at 8:05 AM. Ordered Iced Latte and Ice Americano, got two boiling hot filtered coffees with hot milk on the side. Table cloths are not pinned to table, so with a little wind, table cloth covers entire meal. Not hygienic and definitely not inviting. Clearance from the table non existing. We were actually pilling up some bowls and plates until eventually we removed them by ourselves. Terrace doors are kept open with two chairs from the nearby table to prevent from closing - see picture (when wind blew and close one of the doors, it hit one of the servers who was bringing us coffee and spilled this boiling hot coffee on his sleeve. And his reaction proved it was boiling hot, luckily guy was later seen fine). 5 fails for breakfast and definitely not worthy in 3* hotel. Room is small, no coffee machine or kettle in the room AT ALL!! With compliments only 2 small (250ml) bottles were given: 1 still and 1 sparkling water. Light at the entrance switches off automatically after some time entering the room. No one explained this! 3 fails from the room. Bathrobe had brown stains on it, definitely not hygienic - see attached also. Room service brought burned toast - see picture with extra order, that I did not even ordered and they wanted to charge for it. Employee brought the order and when I said, that I did not order second dish, he simply pushed me the pen and receipt and asked me to sign anyway.
