We stayed here for 2 nights in early part of July 2022 in the "Apartments 2 bedroom". We were in suite 8, on the 3rd/top floor. The unit itself was smaller than expected with all the furniture tightly fit into the unit. The kitchen was just sink and a fridge, but had a dinky tv (never used), a sofa bed which my son slept on and I didn't hear any complaints so must've been ok. There was a laundry room on 1st floor for shared use of the washer/dryer (aka college dorm days) which we did use and seemed everyone followed the typical shared laundry etiquette. There was also a safe in the room but it was an antique safe, with like a skeleton key - old school. And most importantly, A/C worked wonderfully and the bedroom windows looked out into the beautiful small streets of Seville. There was also a rooftop with some plastic lawn chairs that we went up to enjoy one of the nights after dinner when the heat was somewhat tolerable and enjoyed the summer breeze. The rooms circled an atrium so outside the door we can look straight down to the ground floor, letting in tons of natural light. Location was also just amazing. So convenient steps from Plaza Nueva and the start of the tram line that will take you 1 stop to Real Alcazar or couple more stops where you can easily then walk to Plaza de Espana. And of course, steps from the main ***** with tons of restaurants on the way to Real Alcazar. They do have an office at the front, but appears to be manned only couple hours a day. The lady that was there when she was, seemed very unhelpful. Not in a rude way, more that she didn't really know how to help. And then trying to contact them over email trying to get them to arrange a taxi for us, went nowhere. It was at this time we really missed the concierge at hotels vs being on your own. Heads up: Taxis here cannot legally take more than 4 people. We were able to bribe a taxi to take us to the train station (short distance from here) because we had 5 but 3 were kids (smaller).
