Very friendly staff and great internal courtyard. The courtyard was a great place to have a snack, plenty of sun and shade options. Breakfast was very good and there are some great restaurants close buy frequented by locals. It’s a quick 20 minute walk to the cathedral so in a good location. The plunge pool is good to cool off in after a day in the sun, it’s certainly cold! The room we had was very large and comfortable

A fabulous stay a lovely location. Basket breakfasts a unique delicious experience, exotic courtyards with comfortable rooms A welcome to two weary travellers couldnt be better Elise such a great host full of information and kindness.

I loved my room. The hotel was immaculate and in a great location. It was easy to walk to major sights from the hotel The breakfast box was lovely and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend

A wonderful boutique apartment hotel in the historic area of Seville. We stayed in a penthouse room with terrace and it was beautiful. So lovely to have the outside space to enjoy the afternoon sun. The room was great, with an amazing, huge bed and a lovely shower. The kitchenette was very handy and the breakfast basket was excellent.

Visited with my husband as part of our 2 week road / train trip around Andalusia for my 50th birthday celebrations. Seville was the highlight of a fantastic trip and this hotel was perfect! Beautiful rooms, great breakfast, good location (half hour walk from the Cathedral) and a very refreshing plunge pool in 45 degree heat of June! Comfy bed and no noise and some really good restaurants nearby. We booked with a hotel booking company but the owner (?) suggested contacting the hotel direct in the future as they should be able to match the price so will definitely do that next time.

We stayed one night at Palacio Bucarelli. It is located in a quiet neighborhood about 30 minutes' walk from the Cathedral/Alcazar area. From our room (street level) we could occasionally hear passer-by conversation in the night. The room was large, with high ceilings and not over-decorated, which I prefer. A sitting area with sofa and chair was at the other end. There is a central courtyard and a small plunge pool, although the water was not very enticing when we were there. Maybe different in the summer when it's hot. The bathroom was also quite large, possibly because our room was handicap accessible. The shower area was not screened in by glass or curtain so the water tended to splash out. Again, this may be an intended feature for accessibility? Breakfast had to be ordered the night before. I had selected what I thought was oatmeal but it arrived uncooked. Because of our schedule, we had no time to cook. Juice was good. Make-your-own coffee. Breads were fine. We had to eat at a small skinny table pushed up against the entry hallway - a little unusual. Front desk personnel was friendly.

I never leave reviews, but this hotel is so deserving of a great review. The hotel itself is beautiful. It's an old 17th century Palace, that has masterfully kept the beautiful old elements of the building and installed modern living. The rooms are beautifully decorated, spacious, clean and have all the amenities you need. The small plunge pool and courtyard is stunning and they also have an honesty drinks area that you can enjoy and pay for later. Breakfast each morning is simple, but presented in a lovely basket outside your room at your requested time. All of the staff are so helpful, but a very special thanks had to go to Ines. She made our stay and went out of her way to tend to our needs and is such a lovely person! We were really sad to leave the hotel, but will definitely return when we next stay in Seville!

A beautiful building but the breakfast was a real let down. Ordering breakfast the night before and then still getting it wrong on each occasion is not good enough. The cheese & ham tasted like the cheapest money could buy, square cut shiny ham with lumps of gristle is not acceptable. One small cup / capsule is not enough coffee and eggs you have to cook yourself Very small portions. The orange juice was lovely but one small glass each is a liability for the price. The room was clean and pleasant. The ‘swimming pool’ was hot tub size but was unheated and very cold, this should be described as a plunge pool not swimming pool.

An absolutely beautiful 4 day break to Seville. The hotel was fantastic and had a great laid-back relaxing vibe about it. The staff were very friendly and informative and also helpful with booking Flamenco… 100% would revisit - An easy 5 star from us.
