Came here on Business... It was a beautiful stay. The location is convenient for Business if you are just staying in the Airport vicinity or Aerospace District.... but quite a ways from the "real life" experience of India (i.e., Street food vendors, etc.). The staff are very kind and helpful... very attentive. The food is delicious with such a large variety. Seriously the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! The only Con is that if you are coming from the airport and do not have a driver there to pick you up, you have to deal with all the scammers trying to extort you for the short ride... would be nice if hotel made it known that transportation could be arranged (I asked the police guards there and they said Novotel did not offer a service for pick-up) Maybe a miscommunication on their part. Other than this, PERFECT stay.

Nice hotel, close to the airport. Staff were very helpful and accommodating with an early check in. The rooms were clean and nice, but not particularly luxurious, just solid and comfortable.

Most horrible experience at the restaurant As breakfast not booked - my 1st mistake - they charged 2,500 Rs and demanded cash saying that they could not add to the room account Same situation for dinner also

Hotel room size was average. The bathrooms were on a smaller size. The food was really good and pool felt amazing.
