The hotel is really outstanding and Cameron in particular at the front desk offered first class service. I would recommend to any casual or business travellers coming to Shanghai.

Hotel was rebranded from a Four Seasons and opened very recently. Loved this hotel the moment I stepped into the lobby and a level of calmness and peace. Service was top notch for a newly opened hotel
Booked the deluxe suite at 73sqm and was very happy with the large space and design. Breakfast was small but high quality. Location was perfect as its walking distance to the flagship Starbucks Reserve and Zhang Yuan. Their rooftop bar is worth visiting and on a good day, you can see the 3 towers at the bund

Excellent service and meticulous attention to detail!!! Our “virtual butler” Joyce was responsive to our questions and requests at all hours. Truly appreciate Alila’s personalized service, creating an oasis in the center of Shanghai! We will be back 😄

The thoughtful service from Joyce and Linsey, I am a foreigner. When Linsey checked in, she was very thoughtful and told me which room was more suitable for my needs. 這次體驗入住阿麗拉酒店，感覺還不錯，小而精而美。特別是賓客體驗大使Cameron，在我還未到酒店就已經微信加好，問知我有什麼需求，正好當時入住元宵節，另外還送了小禮品經驗到我，Cameron服務特別周到👍👍
入住每間夜首輪迷你吧是免費享用，早餐的水果、鮮榨果汁、小籠包、小餛飩、鹹豆漿和油條等上海小吃應有盡有都非常好吃。另外開夜床也很貼心，忘了蒸汽眼罩和耳塞。總之感覺還不錯，下次有機會還會來體驗。

從Alila Maldives到Alila Uluwatu Bali , 再到此次入住家門口的Alila Shanghai體驗感都拉滿。
很喜歡Alila簡約的室內設計和公區設計，細節見功力；
另外管家Simon的服務無微不至，總是能遇見我們的需求，從預訂開始就有被關注到，再次感謝！
早餐是a la carte的形式，有分中式西式和日式，這次選了中式和日式，很合口味！

前台自費升級了經典套房，本來要求了原房型的生日佈置，升級房型後重新佈置也非常迅速。入夜儀式的小食壽司卷很一般，乾巴🥹。早餐半自助式口味不錯，不過水果種類有點少，美式非常香，喝得出來是好豆子。另外管家serena的服務也非常好哦，很滿意的一次體驗～

入住的時候Cameron為我們提供了貼身親切的管家服務，十分方便。感謝🙏
暗黑系的餐廳酒吧很喜歡
房間景色不錯，看得到三件套，很喜歡黑色的大浴缸和浴室，浴缸更大些就更完美了，對我們這些高人友好，情侶泡澡。
第一次嘗試日式宅寂風，一開始覺得有點單調，後來覺得很舒服，配的藝術品也是我鍾愛的類型。處處體現中式美學，華流才是頂流。
真正的staycation了。日料很滿意，中餐麻麻哋～喜歡新酒店～
員工也都是帥哥美女，禮貌得恰到好處～
還會再來～
床墊再軟點就好了～

第一印象很好，很喜歡空中花園的設計。這次是帶崽崽出行，Cameron準備了水果和甜點。甜品出乎意料的不錯，水果是三個橘子下次希望水果是不一樣滴三個比如説蘋果香蕉橘子。甜品真心不錯沒來得及拍照就被崽崽吃完啦！另外知道我們帶寶寶出行特地拿了小王子洗漱用品很可愛很喜歡。
入住每間夜首輪迷你吧免費享用:這個物品豐富，咖啡，茶，堅果都有很不錯飲料也很多。不過覺得迷你吧可以添加一些小餅乾。
設施：很新很新 床墊也很軟。唯獨就是很多五星級酒店都有的問題猶豫杯子選用鵝絨羽絨這種翻身或者睡覺動的話被子會有噪音。個人睡覺比較驚醒不太喜歡這種被子。衹能升降窗也比較有特色不是窗簾那種挺好看的。
衞生：各個地方都挺乾淨包括地毯！
環境：很不錯喲除了窗户是落地窗就更好啦夜景很漂亮
服務：我們入住正好遇到降温，酒店各方面服務都沒問題包括公共廁所也很乾凈。外賣不能送房間這個不太喜歡而且還需要去室外走20米左右去拿很不方便，入住晚上餓啦又正好遇到降温出去拿一趟外賣冷死啦！
服務：帶崽崽可以選擇雙床喲，雖然床下面不能移動但是床墊可以拼在一起也不會有影響，崽崽睡中間更寬敞

因為兩三天看個展的短途旅行，覺得沒有必要升級面積更大的房間，就住了個標準大床房，面積雖然最小，但客房依然給我温馨舒適的感受。床品舒服，睡了兩個好覺，客房服務很貼心，第一天送了水果和蛋糕，第二天送了帶香薰精油的蒸汽眼罩，第三天離店的時候管家serena還送了新年禮物限量版的小熊。
入店的前兩天，管家Serena提前致電瞭解住宿喜好和要求，住店期間隨時解答各種問題，提供各種房間送餐的服務。
餐廳出品也不錯，早餐豐富，日式餐廳映庭的烤牛舌好吃😋，幾個正餐都是在酒店餐廳解決的。
酒店地理位置也不錯，兩旁是張園和太古滙，走到靜安寺商業區也就十幾二十分鐘。
