The hostel provides a cozy and clean environment, with an exceptional level of service from the staff. Special thanks to Tao, who went above and beyond to assist us, making our stay truly memorable. The entire team was attentive and friendly, always ready to help with any requests. The location is fantastic—very close to Shanghai’s main railway station—making it convenient for travelers. Overall, it’s a great choice for budget-friendly comfort and convenience in the city.

Highly recommended, I had an amazing 5 nights at this hostel , very clean ( I have OCD) and secure, close to the bus , metro station, and even the hospital and many food stores , the service was excellent and smooth,( Ninghao,)very friendly staff and always ready to help , if you traveling alone you can always meet new people and talk all night. I had some very interesting conversations with many other nationalities, I will definitely go back

The Hostel was very nice , and supar clean , and also nearby a lot restaurant for eating , The girls Name Susu who work on reception is very nice polite and supportive , If someone looking budget and clean stay , then i can recommend them ! Stay here !

I've stayed here before, and I returned because of the excellent customer service. During a busy week, they made my stay worry-free with their patience, kindness, and accommodation. The staff are young and seem to be just starting off, bringing fresh energy and dedication to their work. As someone in a similar position, I fully support their efforts. Very nice stay, the people working at the hostel are great for helping with anything you need. Especially Tagh, ask him anything and he is ready to help

Qiantai ninghao 🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹

Ninghao, Xiaozhang and Xiaotang went the extra mile to make sure everything was good with my trip. The room and common areas were all clean and there is a nice social atmosphere in the lobby. The bed and pillows were both comfortable and the shower had good water pressure and hot water

My first experience so great that when I came back to Shanghai I just had to book here again. May, Chi, and Qiu Qiu were really kind and helpful. The atmosphere is great and the rooms/ washrooms are really clean. It’s a convenient spot if you want to go visit the Bund!

Had a perfect stay. Everything was clean, you’ll get a free locker, towels and slippers. The staff was so helpful and welcoming, especially Wu, Tang and May :)

The hotel is very clean, and the staff is friendly, though a bit misleading at times. A staff member told me they would send my towel from a previous hotel but later lied, saying I was checking out in the morning to avoid dealing with the issue. Despite this, the overall experience was decent, with cleanliness and comfort being the highlights.

We arrived at the hostel at 3am after hour late night flight and we had someone really kind welcoming us. Overall the hostel is clean, convenient location wise, spacious dining room shared space and has a nice staff. Xiao Su kindly helped me with a couple things and suggested a place for good dumplings🤙🏻 Hostel recommended :)
