The hotel had great location close to NECC. Didi charges about 20 RMB. So it was very convenient. Hotel room was spacious. The laundry iron requires updating as it was finicky. But the staff was the best. Jing at the front desk was superb help.

Nice Hotel as expected by Mercure. Clean room and reliable staff. WiFi little bit unreliable but overall ok. Didn't have breakfast. 15 minutes from airport.

Everything is good. Smooth check in and all the staffs are friendly. Definitely a nice experience. Extended my stay for the good services :)

The location is convenient and the surrounding facilities are complete, but it is more troublesome to book check-in with trip.com.

I do not understand why the rates of this hotel are so high? Some staffs are awful (前台接待）。 Amenities and facilities are also awful. This hotel only has two small elevators and three washing machines, but this hotel has more than two hundred.if you want to wash your clothes that you have to wait until 2am.

Clean…near to airport ..10 minutes by taxi…….it was nice to stay here will book again next time …
