the public area is very good, gym, laundry are quite essential and impeccable. However design of the room is not the best, imo.

The room is very spacious. The hotel is just next to a large shopping center so the food choice is great. The breakfast buffet is not expensive. The room is clean and the washing liquids are of Australian brand.

Terrible experience. The room smelt smoke and the manager told me it’s how wood smells in humidity??? Experienced other upsetting matters when leaving. Not recommended.

酒店非常好房間裝的很有藝術感，設施很全能做飯。離萬象會很近，吃飯逛逛都很方便，去機場打車也近，每日minibar也很好，有機器人送外賣，退房的當天以為是下午的飛機，前台的帥哥還給我延遲到2點退房，下次還來這住的。

這家酒店是本次出差之旅最大的收穫。我不喜歡過於簡約的設計，也對智能與否沒大所謂，但是希望房間能大一些，新一些，如果再有些設計感就更好了。結果完全滿足我的要求，並且超出了預期。 酒店是我很喜歡的温馨家居風，設計風格雅緻不俗，趕上聖誕季大堂有不少聖誕裝置，頗有節日氣氛。套房設施齊全，從色彩搭配到掛畫到傢俱選品都很用心，令人賞心悦目。房間很安靜，早上醒來偶爾能聽到火車聲，不影響睡眠。酒店大堂和走廊非常寬敞，健身房超大。 酒店離虹橋機場不遠，打車10幾分鐘就到，周邊也方便，步行兩三分鐘就到萬象城，適合在虹橋機場附近出差的朋友。 另外值得一提的是酒店的工作人員，態度很友善，中間有一些小問題基本妥善解決了。期待下次繼續住～
