Xavier's service was really good , he was really helpful and very professional. This is really an unforgettable stay in Shanghai. I have been traveling for 10 days in China. This is the best. I will definitely stay again in this hotel.

Indigo is a nice color of the rainbow, the room is excellent with a huge bathroom. Service is good, only slight negative point is the breakfast could use some improvement

Great location for a quiet weekend staycation. Hotel doesn't feel crowded. Limited food choices though. Walking distance to metro station and railway station

Very modern and tastefully designed hotel. Like the location very much as it’s outside of the busy touristic area. Huge room. Shoutout to front desk Edison (if I’m not wrong, can’t rmb exactly). Swift check in and out with upgrade room type during my stay. Thanks!

Definitely a five star hotel! 😃😁 Perfect location. The hotel is very clean, beautifully decorated, I love the interior design, very attractive. The rooms are very big and spacious giving a comfortable home feeling.The staff was very kind and helpful, and always available to attend to our questions and needs, great thanks to Ranger Ma for the best service 👌. We even got welcoming drinks which was a great experience🤭. The food was delicious and many options to choose. I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for best hotels.

A very friendly welcome, which was much appreciated after a late arrival due to delayed flights, and a quick check-in. Rooms are very spacious and well-equipped - the shower with its different functions was well-used. Housekeeping was very good; the rooms are clean and comfortable.
