Única vantagem de turno antecipado e localização. O serviço de recepção é muito médio, e o serviço de quarto é ainda pior. Tentei fazer o check-in várias vezes, mas o cartão do quarto não pôde ser apagado. Liguei para o garçom duas vezes no meio da noite, mas ele ainda se recusou a admitir seu erro. Era óbvio que havia um problema com a impressão do cartão do quarto, mas ele não mencionou nada. A pessoa que me deu a escova de dente teve uma atitude ruim! ! Esta é a primeira vez que encontro uma atitude cinco estrelas tão ruim! ! ! Realmente não é possível✋

Everyone was friendly and everything was going well until at the point of check out. There was a lady in reception by the name of Emma Li who was very unfriendly, dismissive and rude, she was on her phone when we approached her working station, and continued on it even when she was serving us, and seemed very uninterested in helping us when we asked her questions about storing our luggage at the hotel. I hope management will take this up with her, and also train her to treat her customers with respect and professionalism. We pay for good service and comfortable stay in reputable hotels like Radisson and it’s always so distasteful when you are treated poorly by the very same people that are supposed to make your stay nice and comfortable.

The breakfast was hands down amazing, with a taste of different parts of the world Chinese cuisine,Korean,German,English releasing vast flavor bombs in the mouth. Only downside was there were no milk alternatives like oat milk or almond. 8.5/10 Service was exquisite especially Angela,she sent an early delicious birthday cake.The whole staff in general is top notch. Amenities 10/10 the pool,gym,live music ping pong room; we were able to hit our daily workout goals. Overall Radisson Collection has a new place in my heart 非常好。我们满意了

The hotel room is a bit outdated. Location is about 15 mins walk to subway. 4th floor recreation centre beside gym and swimming pool, they also have pool table and table tennis for hotel guest that is bonus if you like to have a game during your stay.

**Review:** I stayed at your hotel and was generally very satisfied: the rooms, service, and atmosphere were excellent. However, I had an unpleasant experience at the reception. When I approached the desk, I was directed to another counter, even though there were two staff members who didn’t seem busy. I followed their instructions and went to the second desk, where I was again told to go to a third counter. Finally, at the third reception desk, I was redirected yet again! This was not only inconvenient but also left a negative impression. I understand that staff may have specific responsibilities, but it appeared that the issue was caused by a lack of coordination rather than workload. I kindly ask you to address this issue and take measures to improve reception service. I hope that next time my experience with your staff will be smoother and more pleasant. Thank you!

Shower must be stronger and water temperature difficult to manage, too hot or too cold. Otherwise all else great!

Another good stay here, however not entirely sure that the room upgrade I was entitled to claim upon was granted as it looked like the same type of room as last time. But not really a problem and everything else was fine. This is a very good hotel and I will continue to use it.

I can’t say good enough how wonderful they’re. Specially Angela Qiu. She take care us so details and warm. She recommended me the place I want to go, what subway to take and how to change other subway. I am so lucky to get wonderful service from here. I highly recommend this hotel. Clean room, good access to metro. Center with Japanese restaurants nearby and best Kebab in Shanghai as well. Staff very helpful with good English skills.
