Good location, only about a 10-minute walk from the nearest subway station. Rooms are fine with a nice view (18th floor). When I checked in, there was only one staff member at the reception who couldn't speak English. Thanks to another guest who was kind enough to interpret for us however, we managed.

Maintenance very poor with room and lifts with paints chipping off . Cleanliness below accepted level with cigarette butts all over the place.?

First room the window was broken could not close it, when I called the reception no one answer the phone, need to go down to the reception. The girl didn't trust me and sent a guy to check. They proposed to fix it only the next day... so sleeping with open window on February... we had to push to change the room...
Second room the bed was not very clean but at least the window was close, but the room card doesn't work to open the door. So once again going to the reception but once again the same girl didn't trust me, I had to push for her to check my room card...
The service is catastrophic, everything looks old
