Em primeiro lugar, não estou sozinho. Vou levar minha mãe comigo. Minha mãe não está bem de saúde, a qualidade do sono dela não é muito boa e ela tem um pouco de neurastenia. Nosso voo atrasou e já eram 11 horas. :30h quando chegamos no hotel. Queria que minha mãe fosse cedo. Descanse, mas já tinha chegado no hotel e os funcionários do hotel não me avisaram. Só descobri quando vi esse jornal avisando que ia ser reformado, isso me deixou muito irritado, mas o pessoal não deu nenhuma solução!

Devido a um vazamento repentino de água na tubulação de vedação do corredor do 8º andar do hotel e à necessidade urgente de reparos, foi preenchido um aviso temporário para informar todos os hóspedes do hotel. Depois de saber da sua situação, o hotel propôs ativamente soluções e providenciou um quarto tranquilo para você, mas obviamente ainda lhe proporcionou uma experiência ruim, pela qual o hotel lamenta profundamente. A vantagem é que a localização é boa, mas as desvantagens são muito proeminentes. O serviço é incomparável a nenhum dos hotéis em que fiquei em Xangai. Esta é a primeira vez que dou uma crítica negativa a um hotel! Concentrou-se principalmente em alguns homens na recepção (homens com cabeça chata). do seguinte modo: 1. Peguei emprestado um forno de microondas do hotel, mas o Frente me disse que não pode ser usado pelos hóspedes porque envolve questões de segurança alimentar. Você está no setor de serviços! Não as autoridades reguladoras! Se eu como minha própria comida, isso envolve a maldita segurança alimentar. 2. Fiquei seis dias no hotel e minhas costas doíam de tanto sentar na cadeira, então pedi que me mudassem para uma cadeira de escritório. A resposta disse que não pode ser usado pelos hóspedes. 3. O cheiro no banheiro era muito ruim, então o hotel usou um saco de limpeza cheio de água para suprimi-lo, mas não foi útil. 4. Ao sair do hotel, pedi que fizessem uma fatura para reembolso, só preciso comprovar quantos dias fiquei e não há necessidade de marcar o preço. A recepção disse que não poderia ser aberto. Estranho, nunca encontrei ninguém que não pudesse pagar uma conta ao cliente. Mesmo que seja um pedido Ctrip e você não consiga emitir fatura ou preço, você ainda pode fazer uma fatura com data! Esta é a primeira empresa a dizer que não pode ser derrotada. 5. O escritório frontal foi muito agressivo com um mensageiro que veio entregar a bagagem.Ele era como um porteiro na casa de um senhorio, repreendendo-o por lhe dar o seu número de telefone. Esse olhar arrogante na frente e nas costas incomoda muito. Eles são todos trabalhadores, quem você menospreza? Por favor, os gerentes do hotel devem fortalecer a atitude de serviço e a conscientização dos funcionários da recepção e não arrastá-los um por um para o céu. Você está no setor de serviços, não em um escritório governamental!

We stayed here for 5 nights in a deluxe king room it was a nice place like home. The room was spacious 35 sq.m. with all the facilities you need; a walk-in closet with 3 sections for you and your family the space was enough to store big luggage here. They also have a table, sofa and some cabinets to put something on when you finish the day with more gifts. The restroom was separate from the shower. The location was superb just 300 m. to Tiantong Metro Station and the bonus was a Luckin Coffee shop at the corner of the building, close to Lawson and a small Chinese restaurant. And close to The Bund, Nanjing Road around 1 Km. The reception was helpful, we arrived in the early morning, and we could get into the room and stay after a sleepless flight.

Pros: centrally located hotel, near the bund, very old world charm, beautifully decorated rooms, large and comfy. Breakfast was very good and varied, amazing views of the skyline, staff was friendly and kind. Cons: there was a sewer smell in the lobby and 8th floor halls, the windows can do with a little cleaning.

My first trip to Shanghai and I can say this hotel is one of the best amongst the other 3 hotels I stayed during my trip to China last month. It was the only hotel where the staffs speak English. Service was excellent, clean and comfy bedroom (bathroom has bidet). Breakfast has limited selection but nice and good quality. Accidentally left my phone in the room during checked out but the staff kept it for me and I got it back upon returned to Shanghai, thank you very much really appreciate it!

The room is spacious. More than wat i expect. The service are superb. Before booked the hotel i already review from other guest complaint about the heater etc. But during my stay we are not found these issues. Food all are oke. One thing they need to improve is dust. I found dust on several side in the room.

Near the metro about 5 mins walk. Hotel staff very friendly. Room is spacious for 3 of us. Room comes with coffee machine. Only negative is the room has no air conditioning.only heating fixed at 28 degrees. Although we came to Shanghai in winter, the room is too hot, fortunately there is a window.

Great location! It was a short stroll to the Bund. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The elevators are small so it does take some time to get down to the lobby when it is busy.

Room was clean and ready when I checked in. Reception desk was very quick and polite. Nothing special about the facilities, if you’re looking for a good location and not too expensive, this hotel is a good choice.
