The fitness-themed room was large and clean. We had a great stay!

Everything was perfect. Really friendly staff. They kept our lugages until late the day after our check out. They also provided excellent services. Would recommend this place without any problem !

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had few choices. My issue with the hotel is that of the two rooms that I booked,I had to wait until 6:30pm,for one of my rooms. The staff were very friendly,but having to wait that long is crazy

Good overall. Close to the malls. The building was clean and new. Had bit of a difficulty communicating in English with the staffs but they were generally helpful and nice. 

Terrible hotel. Very far from the rate that’s in the internet. No restaurant. None of employees is speaking English. Dirty rooms. Broken and bitten inventory. This is the worst hotel for my last 5 years of traveling.

Front desk was very helpful and super nice. They also helped me wash my clothes and brought it to my room. The room was very clean.

A little challenging to find the entrance. A big sign outside and a big "A" is apparent. What is not apparent is the entrance or elevator to the entrance. Very poor signage. I went into the restaurant right next to the sign and was told "no hotel here." Walked around with luggage and was assisted by a guard who helped me find the entrance. Didi driver could also not find hotel for pick up delaying a business meeting, so not the easiest spot to find or exit. Room was originally too small but I paid a little more for a larger room. Had air con issues, (seems to occur often in the mainland for me), and was able to open the window but it didn't help. The next day I closed the window and it did seem to cool down to HK or Western air con levels, not 80F. Staff spoke no English but used a translator so it mitigated a little difficulty. Breakfast was mainland style with fried eggs, hard boiled eggs, some dimsum, muffins, salad, some fresh juices, (not orange, but watermelon), and a coffee/espresso machine. Adequate but would have enjoyed an omelette or scrambled eggs. One benefit was 100% free laundry service, which is delivered to the room afterwards. First time I have ever experienced this. It made up for the other issues. A nice spot but would probably stay elsewhere due to language issues, entry and exit and room temperature.

Loved the hotel, great location, a good plaza near called century link, great if you want to use the metro too

Highly recommended this foreigner friendly hotel to someone who visit Shanghai. This hotel serves quite a variety of breakfast include local Shanghai dishes as well as international breakfast. Love their mattress quality and own brand pillow which is so comfy and soft. Overall we really enjoy the stay with Atour S Hotel at Lujiazui and special thanks to the receptionists who served us well with patience and professionalism. Definitely will come back if we stay in Shanghai again.

Really good service and the reception is helpful and friendly. When it is raining I got free umbrella :)
