Ji Hotel(Shanghai Lujiazui Mall Road store)

Hotel room is hot, air conditioner cannot adjust. Need to open window let the cool wind blow into the room. Tv remote controller is very weak signal and hard to press.

1. Friendly staff and always ready to help. 2. Restaurants, train station, shopping mall nearby, very convenient! But the location is a bit complex due to office building surrounded. 3. Hotel lobby and room cleanliness should be improved. Room sound proof acceptable! 4. Washing machine is provided but cleanliness should be improved also. 5. Parcels can be collected on behalf by hotel. 6. There is a robot always ready to send your Mei Tuan to your room. Overall, we feel it's okay for just 2 nights!

Another fantastic hotel by Ji . The standardization of their theme is expected across the brand. Environment: This location is conveniently located near Shang Cheng Lu 商城路, which is surrounded by office buildings & shopping options. Making it a great place for food. The only downside is that the traffic gets a little finicky in the peak hours. Lobby: Oddly the lobby is located on Level 5. So sometimes delivery gets a little mixed up. While there is a signage, could improve this on Level 1. Reception/Housekeeping: Awesome. They are polite and attentive. Any requests sent is promptly resolved. This location also helps to receive and sort out any parcels; which is very great for foreigners who prepurchase their taobao. Room: Its quite averagely sized. Not the largest, but could be a tad too narrow in walkway if there are huge luggages in the room. However each room come with a daily restocked bottled mineral water by Nongfu Spring, tea leaves & some candy. While the room has a window, it's not facing the road but a false skylight. Shower/Bathroom: Toilet facility is American style & comes with electronic bidet. There's a wet-dry seperation. One improvement is that the showerhead is placed too high. Impacting height-limited individuals from reaching it. Also could add a small rack to put toiletries. The shower does come with complimentary shower gel & shampoo which are very fragrant. Washbasin: Located right at the entrance of the room. Very huge mirror with ring-light. Fully stocked amenities like shower cap, cotton buds, tooth brush & slippers. Furthermore the room comes with an umbrella for rainy days.
