The location is near the metro. Room is clean and comfortable. Interior is beautiful and bathroom is big. Wonderful place to stay! There is even free laundry service.

Good location at a less crowded city area full of shopping malls, food , IG worthy attractions and 5 mins from metro.

Hotel is new and front desk is super helpful and tried their best to assist on any small matters especially we are foreign traveler which might face some payment or telco issue in China .Lelabo toiletries -“and dyson hair dryer is yyds !! Only let down is the metro station exit 1 is quite. Far walk 500m away from the station entrance also after late night u can only use delivery service as nearby won’t have any shops or stores opening

Very nice hotel with cozy rooms, amazing view and great location. The hotel is very close to shopping malls like Metro City. Perfect for Business Trips!

the hotel is new and staff are friendly. one of the perks is check out time. but it is no way a 5 star hotel. the room is relatively compact. the most weird and annoying thing is it doesnt have its own gym and swimming pool. it contracted with a 3rd party operator in the building. guests are required to request a day in advance to use both. i almost think that is how they claim to b a 5 star hotel.

Overall it’s a pleasant experience but my queen size bedroom has a step along the bed. I almost tripped three times during the night. It’s a bit dangerous for elderly and little kids. I hope the management team can come up with some ideas to address it.

Very stylish hotel especially designed for young trendy people. Great rooms. Very good breakfast. Friendly staff! Suggestion: Rooms should all be equipped with a fridge!

Modern hotel. Room is new and well designed. Facilities in the room are great. Staff services at front desk and house keeping made me feel very welcome. They were willing to answer and help. 3 mins walk to the nearest entrance to Line 1 subway station. But that entrance is actually the most far away exit from the actual train . It may take about 7-10 mins to walk from a train to the exit nearest to the hotel. We would love to stay in this hotel again in our next visit to Shanghai.

Second stay at the hotel. The hotel was able to store our luggage for a week as we flew to different provinces, and upon our return we were able to smoothly check in and retrieve our belongings. The front desk's English skills are very limited, so it can be difficult to communicate with them without Chinese. However, the staff are friendly and with some effort the language barrier can be overcome.
