The hotel reception Ms 垚垚 is very friendly and helpful during our check-in, she help us to carry up all our luggages to the room located on 2nd floor 😀 We stay here like our own home 🏡 and resealable price 💰 Highly recommend 👍👍

I would not recommend a stay in this hotel. The room is filthy - all rooms have carpet. Carpet had bugs, cobwebs, hair, dirt. The room was freezing, the heating unit is poor. The shower had only room temperature water, no hot water. We couldn’t shower because it was so cold. The breakfast was terrible. They did not ask if we wanted the western or Chinese breakfast and assumed since we are foreign we’d like the stale bread with a slice of tomato and lettuce. When I asked about a refund, they said they had provided the service and weren’t able to refund. After pointing out how the service they provided was a flat out lie - no hot water, dirty rooms - they offered 50% refund. I negotiated up to 70%. I shouldn’t have had to do negotiate. They apologized profusely and acknowledged they didn’t provide the service they were supposed to but were unwilling to refund the full amount. I told TRIP.com this hotel should not be listed anymore. It is unhygienic. Do not stay here.

Beautiful ******* style hotel in the Shangri-la old town. We had an amazing view of the Dafo Temple and Prayer Wheel. Jackie speaks perfect English and was so helpful with booking transportation, recommending restaurants and experiences, and even getting up super early to make sure we had a nice breakfast before a 6:30am airport departure! The breakfast was delicious and the service outstanding! Charming rooms and lobby with cool ******* artwork. We’re definitely coming back soon!

We spent 2 nights in Dukesong, Shangri-la. The hotel has a beautiful entrance. We chose the room on the last floor. The room has a private balcony with an amazing view. It was clean and the bed was comfortable, just a low pressure in the shower. Good breakfast. The lady at the front desk is really kind. When we arrived in Shangri-la she came to pick us up cause we got lost.

一直在住首驛的酒店。每個酒店都有不同的特色，每個房間也是。地理位置好。環境很漂亮。一直都會堅持不斷的支持它。

入住體驗非常nice！食物也很豐盛，衞生這些也很棒，反正一句話住就完了！沒毛病！

房間很大。我到的時候已經很晚了。前台的小姐姐還很體貼先給我們打開空調暖氣。怕我們冷的 。 特別熱情一家酒店。

民宿房間可以看到古城的大佛寺‼️ 而且頂樓觀景俯瞰古城特別好 而且民族感裝修重 代入感很強烈 這些民宿都沒有宣傳哈哈哈 2.3圖是民宿的貓貓 太可愛了 最贊是民宿的小哥 説話很温柔 服務也很熱情 晚上他們自己做飯還讓我和弟弟一起吃 太友善了！ 而且有任何事情小哥都會熱心幫忙 這是這次住宿最開心最滿意的點！小哥以後會越開心優秀噠～

房子風格好喜歡，古樸典雅，附帶個寬闊的院子。大廳有個烤火爐子，過來是冬天，一天黑就擱這取暖喝茶，烤橘子。房間夠大，還有浴缸，梳子護髮素都齊全的，採光槓槓的，窗外風景絕佳。老闆笑容熱情，幫忙拿行李，晚上還煮紅糖薑茶請我們喝。 這邊靠近古城北門東門，交通方便的，走五到十分鐘就能到公交站，2塊錢直達松贊林寺，或者到東門口的法院坐15塊的客車直達普達措。旁邊是龜山公園，和最大的轉經筒，旅遊旺季人山人海昂。

這是一家寶藏客棧，很喜歡的裝修風格，很大氣。衞生也很乾凈，真心不錯。店裡小哥哥也很熱情，還給我們推薦好的去處。感謝小哥哥的熱情款待

房間非常舒服，為我們提前打開了空調暖氣；房子是傳統藏式風格，非常漂亮；為我們提供的早餐有中式歐式兩種可選。酒店的服務非常棒，行李完全不需要自己動手；房間設施齊全，很乾凈很大；有觀景陽台抬頭就是轉經筒，很棒值得推薦

地址離古鎮400來米比較近逛起來方便，房間衞生乾淨，取暖設備空調取暖器電熱毯，這邊天氣比較冷，房間寬敞較大，這些設備都要用起後房間裏還是比較熱火的。房間藏式風格，明亮，我們住的房間床頭窗台可以看到外面最大的轉經筒，也可以上房頂看整個古鎮全貌。早餐西式還不錯，客棧小姐姐也比較熱情，怕我們出去逛了找不到位置還很細心的加了微信發了定位。

酒店太漂亮了像博物館，藏式庭院的設計在這裏感覺時間都靜止了，跟舒適，裏面主題都是木質結構感覺很温暖，房間超級大還有浴缸，而且很乾凈，是我居住在這幾天最舒服最具性價比的一家。而且就在古城區裏面，步行走到四方街幾分鐘，而且工作人員主動幫忙送行李上樓不操心。前台和司機給我們提供幫助。有時間再來香格里拉旅遊還會住。

入住的時候東西非常多，一直再給我拎東西還幫升級了房型，一進來就被驚艷到了，藏式庭院，還有一衹黃色小貓，小哥服務都特別好，幫拿行李到房間介紹了房間設施，房間的超級精緻，非常乾淨，風景超級棒，還有一個大露台，傍晚吹着風，觀賞着美景真是太棒了，退房還幫拿行李下樓。瘋狂安利！
