TERRIBLE.The worst hotel ever.A true nightmare!Disaster from start2end.B4 I arrived my flight was cancelled so I called the hotel2let them know I would b a day late, they don't have a free airport shuttle but said they could pickup at a cost.We agreed&gave them our flight no. After arriving@the airport there was no pickup!So we got a taxi. When arriving@the hotel@ 3pm we told the assistant Mohammed that we needed 2check in asap because we have a tour at 4:30pm &need 2get in2 the room asap (2freshen up etc).Immediately after telling him this, he tells us2sit down &wait.At 4pm he gives us wrist bands&tells us2go have lunch in the resort& 2come back in 20mins 2collect the room key.PLEASE TELL ME WHY THE ROOM WAS NOT READY BECAUSE WE WERE SUPPOSED 2CHECK-IN A DAY AGO!They said they gave us the best room but it was infact the same pool view room we booked.The next day we made the biggest mistake by paying 2upgrading 2a suite!The suites are supposed2come with better service, benefits etc!But it was even worse!After moving rooms I immediately realized I 4got my Vaseline in the other room,we rush over2the old room with the assistant,2find the room already cleaned&house keeper on lunch.He called the house keeper who said he found it&would bring it within 1hour.&just please tell me how you clean a previously occupied room in under 15min, ** ready 4new guests?They have a list of all the restaurants with open& closing times, however that night we went2 one of the Asian restaurants @ 10pm (30min b4 closing)&were turned away, the guy told us that the kitchen closes @ 10 &the restaurant closes at 10:30pm,& that we should go have dinner @the open buffet or the Le Posh restaurant 4suite guests!If these are the times why are they not listed clearly on the long info page given @check in?After been turned away we went2the buffet where the workers were already cleaning&told us that we couldnt sit @any of the clean tables already set up with coffee mugs 4the morning breakfast!Unbelievable!After that we went back2our room, thinking we could have a good night's sleep in our upgraded room!But only2open the bed cover&find a crawling bug in the bed.I call reception&ask them2come.They apologize&move us2another room.Here I ask the guy2check this bed with me!&another bug!He turns2me &says "it's just an ant" WHATEVER IT IS WHY IS IT IN THE BED?(it wasnt an ant)He tells the house keeper to change the sheets&calls the manager.The manager arrives&firstly says: " In the last room it was not a bed bug just a spider that crawled in from the terrace during the day while the door was open"okay sure a tiny spider crawled in all the way from the terrace& in2 the bed&under the covers!I say okay,whatever,now what is the excuse because the helper opened the bed with me&saw an insect,why is it in the bed?His response: "I don't know"At this point&after that response I'm fed up&extremely tired,I ask them2leave because we have an early flight.They did change the covers&offered 2change rooms again but we refused.I slept in the bed&my wife slept on the leather couch with her own tiny travel blanket!In the morning on our way to check out,we reminded the helper that they never brought the Vaseline yesterday as they said they would,so on the way to reception he stopped @the old room&the housekeeper said it is now lost!He put it in the store room but today it’s gone.This hotel has left my stay here with the worst memory of Egypt&I'll never return.
