This hotel is very clean and new. Very comfortable bed. Nice and helpful receptionist.

Room was nice and spacious. Check in was slow as there is only 1 person assigned for check in and check out. Beddings have bad smell. It is a non-smoking room but it smells like cigarette which includes the beddings. Staff cannot speak much english. Breakfast was not bad but it’s chinese style. Provides free water and soda

Have spent a week in this hotel. The location and services of the staffs are good. Not far from subway station and Futian checkpoint that convenient for us to go Hk as day trip. The room is clean. The breakfast buffet lack of variety and basically we are taking the same breakfast everyday during our stay. I don’t see many restaurants around the area although it’s located in a residential area. If you have some idea how Shenzhen is like, it would be fine to stay in this hotel.

Nice friendly staff. Clean and big room. The only problem is with laundry which is not able to accommodate for the demands

the hotel is nice, the room I choose is mainly has the bath tub which I really love to enjoy. also, the breakfast is good even it is simple and has a lot of vegetables. other than that, it provided the heater and the room was quite warm.
