Shimen inn (shijiazhuang new railway station store)

TERRIBLE,DISGUSTING, AWFUL🤢 First of all the rooms are located like in -3 floor under ground, no window, no oxygen, the air circulation is very bad, the rooms smell like smoke, the bedsheets are smelly and dirty. Most couples rent the room for 2-3 hours to do their things and go. I don’t think they even change the bedsheets after it. After some negotiations with the manager she helped us to change to the first floor but that was still the same, very messy, the cleaning stuffs were all over the corridor and she charged us extra 20 for that. After entering the room we were still very disappointed and decided to change the hotel. The lady told me to cancel the booking from the app and I’ll get my refund, but she canceled the request twice and didn’t give me any refund. I never wish anyone anything bad but I truly wish they get some inspections and close the place down.
