Tripura Castle is a gem of heritage and tranquility. Nestled in Shillong’s serene hills, it offers impeccable hospitality, elegant colonial charm, and breathtaking views. The rooms are luxurious, the food exquisite, and the staff incredibly warm. Our one-night stay with my parents was unforgettable—a perfect blend of comfort and nostalgia.

Great place to be have been. Service was outstanding and staff was so polite. Thanks especially to Rahul ji and nerswr. All the best guys and see you soon. We went for a dinner party and food quality was excellent with extraordinary ambience.... Price of food was quite reasonable..The service of Edaka was exemplary.FB manager was really helpful in accomodating best hospitality.memorable day for all of us.

The title of this review stems from the fact that we were upgraded to a suite late at night, for the cottage we had booked was close to open air restaurant where live music was playing too loud at night. Electric buggies are available to ferry you from reception to rooms. Accommodation for drivers is available on first come first served basis. Not guaranteed.

I celebrated my birthday with my friends and it was such an amazing experience. We loved the food, staffs were kind, music was good and ambience is perfect! We had a great time. Thank you for having us!! Keep up the good work in keeping your customers happy! 😊 I would highy recommend this place.

Excellent place for getaways in congested Shillong. Very comfortable rooms, beautiful balcony view ( rm 109) , good food. Also loved the little shop inside the property . One suggestion....have more fresh fruits and fresh juice for breakfast. Chitralekha De Bakshi.

We had a wonderful 3 days stay there. The rooms were spacious, neat and clean, professional staff especially Mr Rahul and the mam in dinning area were very helpful, the ambiance is great and they have buggies to easily pick and drop you from reception to your rooms.

Heritage club has always been our go to place be it for lunch or dinner, especially when the whole family gathers. Nothing short of a great time. The food is always top notch. They have recently revamped their whole menu & have added a lot of new items. Do check the place out & yes even the sitting arrangements around the area has been done up quite well recently.
