Nice hotel

We stayed at the Elephant Hotel for 5 nights in April 2024 and had an excellent experience. The room was large and comfortable and an oasis in the heat as was the pool which is a good size and extremely clean. The staff were wonderful, very helpful and friendly. We highly recommend this hotel.

太喜歡elephant , 就在暹粒中學後面，進來就有歡迎水果和茶點，回房間還有鮮花，泳池就在樓外，如果碰巧有空在酒店，下午3:00-4:30免費提供下午茶點。周圍就是一個大菜場，2$可以吃到圖片最後的東西，物價感人。服務員很熱情，素質槓槓滴。以後再來還會選擇。560左右/2天的五星級酒店，還要什麼自行車🚲，看了小圈大圈外圈的各類寺廟，本密列和塔布隆寺，小吳哥，巴戎寺，通王城牆推，巴肯山日落🌄和小吳哥日出都沒看到雲層厚了，下次還會再來！酒店🧱🦵

すべてにスタッフの心配りが素晴らしく、複数日程の宿泊であったが終始快適に過ごすことができた。ウェルカムドリンクやフリーアフタヌーンティー、夕方以降のフリートゥクトゥク等サービスも充実していて満足のいく滞在だった。

在暹粒深度遊，入住酒店5天，房間寬敞舒適，並帶有視野開闊的陽台。酒店員工熱情周到，步行可達酒吧街，酒店也提供免費送達。值得推薦

非常有特色的酒店，服務好，泳池美，早餐美味，休閑放鬆，吳哥窟行旅遊值得推薦的酒店，旅遊是最好的回憶，大象在我的旅遊日記裏記錄美好的詩篇，難以忘懷

房間和服務都非常好，極具性價比，唯一不足是早餐不好吃。

非常棒，下次再次預訂！

What makes this hotel so special is the staff. They are so friendly and polite. The cleaning, maintenance, kitchen and bar staff are hard working and professional, always ready with a friendly smile. Nothing is too much for them and they are a credit to the hotel. On our first morning a lovely waitress told us about a lotus farm. We followed her recommendation and booked for later that day. The lotus farm was one of the highlights of the trip, so we are grateful for her recommendation. We enjoyed breakfast and drinks by the pool most days. Our 2 bedroom apartment was large and comfortable. The complimentary welcome drink and afternoon teas were nice. The location is good and it was great having hotel tuk tuk drivers. I highly recommend this hotel. My one regret is we didn't stay long enough, 6 nights was not enough!

This hotel is very comfortable with clean rooms, lovely communal spaces and a nice pool. The breakfasts are delicious, although they are not included (cost about $7 each) The hotel is about 20 minutes walk to the very centre of Sien Reap’s night life and the hotel provides free tuktuk rides into town. (The return will cost about $1) The staff are all incredibly friendly, speaking English well and can provide advice about excursions or simply arrange everything for you. There’s nothing not to like!

A lovely hotel - the rooms & balconies are spacious and the whole building is charming. There's also a pool to cool off. It was great to get a free tuk-tuk to Pub Street and free afternoon tea! But most importantly are the staff: Vireak, Dasha, Rody, Sareen, Srey Leak, Bolem, Sarn nang, Layla, Honey, Sokhea, Honey, Sophat, Hok, Raina! Apologies if I've missed anyone! They all went the extra mile to get to know guests and to ensure we were welcome & happy. The Manager Vireak, also offered to give a lift to the nearest currency exchange and actually gave a lift to the local hospital- stated for an hour then drive back - and he wasnt even on duty! Thank you all at The Elephant for a great stay!

The hotel was very nice and good price for the quality we received. The staff was extremely kind and helped arrange the excursiones and transportation to Angkor Wat with a wonderful guide Sythat A very nice and big breakfast was included The hotel provided complementary transportation to the old market
