The hotel has beautiful Khmer-style bungalows including a terrace, where among other things breakfast is served (since there is no classic restaurant) - absolutely wonderful. But everything was topped by the outstanding service and the attentive staff, they were absolutely fabulous. They noticed when we got up and served the breakfast accordingly, they noticed when we went to the pool and brought towels for us, they saw us getting ready to go to town and got the Tuk tuk ready, best of all: when they saw us come back from our day‘s excursion on our daughters‘ birthday they came with a cake (including candles) and sang „Happy Birthday“- they were amazing. Clear recommendation!

Great little place. Bungalow style accommodations just outside the city centre and across the road from the Phrae Circus. Staff are very hospitable, friendly and helpful. They gave us snacks and drinks every time we came back from day tours.

Lovely mini resort of traditional wood bungalows grouped around two pools. Pleasant landscaping with trees and bushes. The bungalows are equipped with nice, well dimensioned bathrooms, bathtubs and glass showers. The breakfast is served at your private bungalow (On tablecloths!) Decent food is avalaible throughout the day. There is tolerable noise from trucks passing by at night. Staff is friendly and you will be given a small gift when checking out. Transportation by tuktuk to downtown is provided between 5-7p.m..

Absolutely beautiful place with outstanding service! We had a much better time here than in a five star hotel a few days before. I can only recommend! If you read this, do not hesitate to reserve your spot! Will definitely return in the future!

It’s a little out of the city, but this make the hotel more quiet and peaceful. If you want to be away from noisy central area, it’s a good alternative - they also provide free tuktuk to central area, only one way. The service is amazing! Everyone is smiling all the time and they try their best to make you feel comfortable. Breakfast with additional $5 worth the money. I also read on the reviews that people get free coconut, but that wasn’t a case for me, maybe they don’t do it any more. There are two pools surrounded by the bungalows and both very nice. I only had two issues: The small towels were dirty (or maybe old?). I didn’t need them, if I told them to change I’m sure they would do that. T to blame the hotel but just a note. And there were many lizards not inside the room, but outside on the walls and on the dining table. I couldn’t continue my breakfast outside due to this issue. But maybe this is ok for many people as the hotel is located in the middle of the nature with a great garden. My final note is about the details: l was on a work trip alone in Siem Reap and wanted to treat myself a nice hotel for my birthday and choose here. Although they’re not obliged to do that, small gestures would have been nice - such as staff telling happy birthday, or a small cake or room upgrade for free etc as many hotels do. Again this is not something I was expecting, but just a suggestion to the hotel staff to make peoples stay even more memorable.

We stayed for 4 nights in September 2024. We had a bungalow with our own private pool. It's a very relaxing and quiet place and about a 10 minute drive by tuk-tuk to the centre of Siem Reap. You have the option to eat in your private bungalow and the menu is quite varied. The staff are extremely helpful and kind and they made us feel very welcome. Our tuk-tuk driver Mr. Bean was fantastic. He took us to see many temples over a 3 day period and brought us to restaurants where the food was delicious. He was very helpful if we had any problems. Without a doubt we will stay here again if we ever return to Siem Reap.

Really enjoyed our stay here. It’s a short tuk tuk ride from the town which was good as it’s nice and quiet. Admittedly next to a road which you do occasionally hear when a large lorry comes past but not enough to affect our stay at all. The wooden bungalows make it authentic and although dated our room was always super clean. What makes this place is the staff. The service is exceptional. The attentiveness of the team is amazing; cold drinks and cookies when you return, clean pools towels the minute you step into the pool, even at 10pm. And you never see them but then they just appear with what you need and you don’t even have to ask! Arranged our tuk tuk driver to Angkor Wat and taxi ti the airport all at really good rates.

Simply AMAZING attention to detail and a lovely envioroment and facilities. The staff is súper kind, friendly and wellcoming. Specially NahNah, who was in charge, was very efficent and took care of every little detail without having to ask for it: from offering little snacks on the house, from providing extra towels when he saw us going to the pool, to organising our breakfast. All of this extremelly wellpresented, on time and with a genuïne smile. Just spectacular service! Truly I cannot recomend this place enough, it was the perfect way to spend the last two days of our trip. Thank so much to all the staff for making feel at home from minute one. Simply wonderful experience.

Amazing place. Amazing environment. Amazing customer orientation. At the pool, ordering food for dinner or preparing your tours for visiting the temples. All done with extraordinary care. Splendid boutique hotel for enjoying some days at Siem Reap. Congratulations for your good work!

We are a family of 5. My wife, son and my niece and MIL. Our experience in this hotel was truly remarkable. Our bungalow was perfect. Clean, well equipped and comfortable. It’s also unique and aesthetically pleasing to look at. We were assigned a special butler who takes care of all of our needs. Nana was absolutely a sweetheart; always accommodating and service oriented. Nana would bring us tea and cookies for snacks every time we came back from our tour. Sometimes it’s fresh fruits and tea or juice. We were pampered here so much that we didn’t want to leave! We got private massages, private tour guide and private driver that toured us around Siem Reap. Our tour guide, Minea is very knowledgeable and interesting. Polly our driver was patient and friendly. They all speak very well English. Great team we got there and I’m grateful for them - they are the reason why our vacation was amazing. Breakfast was daily and you get to choose from the menu ahead of time and when you wake up, breakfast is brought to your bungalow. The pool was nice and clean, we used it couple of times as we stayed here for 3 days. Had I known I’d be treated so specially here, I’d stay longer. This hotel is for people who wants to be pampered. To relax and recuperate from the hassle and bustle of the busy world outside. The exit gift was also a nice touch. I’ve never stayed in any hotel with such extra ordinary hospitality and thoughtfulness. My wife and I plans to return here one day. This time, just us.
