Good location but amenities like gym is bad

숙소내에 전자레인지,세탁기등이 있어 한명이 장기 투숙하기에는 좋은 곳입니다. 단지 창문이 막혀 있어서 요리를 하면 연기가 빠져나가지 않아 냄세가 빠지지 않슺니다. 주변에 마트와 식당이 있어 편리합니다.

房間還可以，靠近烏節路購物方便，附近有Fair Price和食閣，房間能做簡單食品。

Ficar no Greatwood Residence em Devonshire em Cingapura foi uma experiência realmente maravilhosa que superou minhas expectativas em todos os sentidos. No momento em que cheguei, fui recebido pela equipe amigável e profissional que tornou o check-in uma brisa, definindo o tom para uma estadia confortável e agradável. A localização da residência é excelente, aninhada em uma área tranquila, mas convenientemente perto da vibrante Orchard Road, proporcionando fácil acesso a opções de compras, restaurantes e entretenimento. O quarto em que fiquei era impecavelmente limpo, espaçoso e cuidadosamente projetado com comodidades modernas que atendiam a todas as minhas necessidades. Gostei particularmente da cozinha compacta totalmente equipada, que me permitiu preparar minhas próprias refeições, adicionando um toque caseiro à minha estadia.

Another cancellation by the Hotel!! Shocking experience. The Hotel took my payment, kept booking for over a week ago and hours before the checkin they cancelled. We have no refund and standing on the streets of Singapore searching for a place to stay. This Hotel is shocking, greedy and unethical in their behaviour.

I had a decently nice big room. The location is good, you are about 7-10 mins walking from the MRT and bus stop. There are a few restaurants and a small hawker center close by. Also has a fair price for grocery shopping. The room was clean. There was some washing detergent in the room which is helpful. I did not use the microwave or the pan so can't say anything about that. There is no light switch next to the bed which means you have to go to the entrance to put the lights off at night. The plug point is on the floor and a little away from the bed, only a few days later did I realize that there was an extension board in one of the drawers in the cupboard. I had requested for an early check-in and agreed to pay the extra for it, and despite that I was told that the room was not yet available but a few mins later I was given a different room (this could have been done without the need to say no in the first place. Cleaning happens only 2 twice a week so if you ask the cleaner, who by the way speaks only Mandarin to skip the day next cleaning would be a few days later.

Haven't received any answer from this property so I do not feel confident booking a 10 night stay with them if they can't even provide basic customer service prior to my arrival. Not to be trusted and cannot recommend.

Stay clear at all cost. Hotel was cancelled 72 hrs before arrival after paying in full months before. No respect for customers. This should not be allowed to happen. Have spent all day trying to book something else at inflated prices. Told this room was over booked yet it would let me book through a different site for £2000 more than original cost I paid. GREED

If I could give 0 stars I would. After having booking for months and paid in full, cancelled our accommodation with 48 hours notice before arrival date. I believe they probably got a better rate with F1 coming up so left us with no options.

Cancelled 2 days prior to arriving at Singapore Grand Prix.Booked and fully paid 4 months ago. No respect of customers. Stay away from this hotel. They even sent email 3 days in advance to confirm arrival times. Even when I rang them they denied they had over booked and taken other bookings at a higher price??
