5 nights of stay with ONLY ONCE room cleaning by requested. I ask for the room cleaning every morning for 3 days before I went out with the receptionist and they seem to be understood my request every morning I told them but I got only one day cleaning. I didn't expect such as tidy up our stuff or anything much from them. We're fine if they don't replace the bedsheet or clean the bathroom everyday. But they didn't even take out the trash or at least give us a new trash bag to replace it by ourselves. And sadly, we got only 4 bottles of water for 2 people stayed 5 nights there 🥲

The location is super good, 5 mins walk from MRT China Town, but the room cleaness need to enhance a lot, the windows curtains are messy, the wall is also quite a lot black. And the bed, floor also with the dust. TV is not work. Hope can enhance this. But when I want to give up the room abd check out, the reception offer me can change a room. Although I didn’t take this option, but it’s still a good intention show your careness, thank you.

Place was clean and great. Staff was friendly. There was a lot of store near by so it’s very convenient.

I stayed at the hotel for a week. The location is perfect. Very lively in Chinatown. The room was very small and very quiet. Sufficient for sleeping. I was given a room on the ground floor, although I had booked for the second or third floor. The room was not cleaned during the week, although I asked at reception. I had to find and ask the cleaning lady for new towels and to empty the rubbish. I found that unpleasant. This made it disgusting for me in the room. They gave me a bottle of water for the whole week. I didn't understand why it was like that. I recommend the hotel for two nights. Then you should move because there is no cleaning.

The room small as ****, definitely different from picture can't walk can't sit and very noisy, the receptionist sucks too can't response to simple request

Very close to China town station, Our room quite big with 2 room upstair. Can stay more than 4 peoples

Given the room is different as described, it less than 6 sq.M, the bed closed to main door, effected the door to open/close. The TV no signal and local on top of the head !

The service was amazing. Very helpful front desk. The hotel was more than we expected in that budget range

The hotel is bigger on the inside than it looks from the outside. The room was all right. But the paint work could hv been better, some wear & tear can be seen on the wall, but no matter. Still good for a rest. I told the gentleman at the reception I needed a room with good air-conditioning and he gladly obliged. Quite a lot of tourists stay here due to the location. Nvr lack of eateries & entertainment around the area!

Check in very late and check out early as 7am for working purpose. The single room ideal for someone that like privacy and a quick nap. The room clean & tidy. The shower quite big not like other single bed hotel I'd stayed before. I so happy this hotel provided toothbrush,comb, shower cap, tea & water bottle. And I love how the receptionist so helpful!

What more do you expect fr a 3 star boutique hotel 🤣

Suitable for backpackers and explorers. Nice location in China Town.
