Quando acordei na primeira noite e me lavei, encontrei uma barata na pia. Ela subiu até o teto e finalmente caiu na minha cama, rastejou por cima do travesseiro e depois caiu no teto. arrastei minha bagagem para a recepção, mas a recepção disse que não iria trocá-la para mim, mas enviaria alguém para me ajudar a pegá-la. . . . . . Eu disse que estava rastejando na minha cama e a senhora da recepção me pediu para trocar os lençóis. . . . . Não tive escolha a não ser guardar minha bagagem e sair para fazer algumas coisas. . . Quando voltei à noite, perguntei ao menino se ele tinha me pegado. Ele disse que mudaria de quarto. . . Provavelmente não foi pego. . . Depois de dormir por duas ou três noites, desenvolvi mais de uma dúzia de inchaços vermelhos no corpo, incluindo a parte interna dos braços, pulsos, coxas, cintura e abdômen. . q Me dá coceira até a morte. . . Em retrospectiva, percebi que a roupa de cama não estava limpa. . . Não sei se são ácaros ou pulgas. . . Fiquei tão irritado que o hotel onde fiquei no ano passado em uma viagem de negócios não era tão sujo, então escolhi este hotel novamente este ano, não esperava. . . Tudo o que posso dizer é que nunca mais voltarei

O hotel tem muitas áreas comuns, incluindo uma bela piscina. Fica longe do centro, mas o metrô fica bem em frente à entrada. A equipe é, em sua maioria, simpática e prestativa, exceto por uma garota. O quarto é muito pequeno, mas tem tudo o que um viajante pode precisar. No geral, a estadia foi agradável, também agradecemos a opção de tomar um banho após o check-out.

Os moradores precisam trazer IC/singpass não aceito. Aconchegante e minimalista. Sem produtos de higiene pessoal devido ao conceito. Capaz de usar cortinas que bloqueiam, adorei. Teto alto. Comodidades ok. Traga seu cartão de acesso para acessar todos os lugares. Lembre-se de ir ao Timbre para o fim de semana (cantando, opções de comida) e Cold Storage. Opções de fim de semana menos, tranquilo e agradável. Conceitualmente bom para os pontos de água comuns e áreas de lixo comuns. Adorei a máquina de venda automática de sorvete na recepção :) e o CHUVEIRO SUPER FORTE!

Tivemos uma boa estadia e minha família de 4 (3 adultos + 1 adolescente) adorou o lugar. Definitivamente voltaremos: a poucos passos da estação One-North MRT e do shopping Galaxis. Piscina e ambiente agradáveis. Muitos recursos DIY, como lavanderia e cozinha, só preciso entrar na fila e preparar minhas próprias compras, que estão disponíveis no shopping Galaxis B1. O quarto é um pouco pequeno, mas acomoda bem 2 adultos por quarto.

Boa localização perto de MRT, restaurantes. Quarto muito pequeno. Serviço de limpeza ruim, nem sequer tive limpeza por 2 noites. Inconveniente devido à insonorização ruim. Desculpe, mas não reservarei isso novamente.

My experience with lyf one north has always been excellent which is why I keep coming back when I need to recharge and rest. Somehow this time it has been an unpleasant and frustrating experience. It started from the female front desk when I checked in asking for my credit card. Recall lyf does not have room (meals), f&b or laundry service for us to charge to. Was told “just in case” and no further explanation given. Requested for extra towel and had to explain its usage. Thank goodness she didn’t ask me to explain the bathroom slippers usage. Also requested for a quiet room and didn’t expect much as I know lyf might have full occupancy and may not be able to oblige. Just felt thankful and then disappointed that she found me a “very quiet room”. But it was a really “very noisy room”. -situated in between amphitheater and exterior of kitchen dining area where people gather to chat -staff constantly uses the blower to ensure leaves stay away from the compound -room located along corridor for access to kitchen and pool meaning higher traffic -public bus engine pulling away from the bus stop every few minutes As far as I know, Iyf’s room at one north is quiet. And somehow this is the one room where all the noises from every possible combination adds up. And the front desk at lyf is not aware of this. And it doesn’t end there. I checked out at 7+ am at the front desk and in the afternoon around 1pm got a call from a staff who asked me if I check out as they didn’t receive my check out card. I told him I passed it to one of the female staff at the front counter. To be fair, none of these ever happened for all the times I have been staying at Iyf but this one time, everything from the start to the end went wrong and added on to my utter frustration with Iyf. One thing I discovered though, the male staff working at the kitchen area, he was dedicated to his job. Constantly keeping the exterior clean all the time. And the front desk who served me, though she didn’t get me the “very quiet room”, I could sense her enthusiasm and she even helped a guest extended his check out time which I appreciated her kind gesture. Not every front desk staff would go the extra mile.

No daily cleaning which is a real big bummer — esp for long stays. Location is great tho

Lyf one-north hotel is really good and peaceful hotel.

Very good hotel, close to starvista shopping mall and next to a subway station.

Right across the road from MRT. Co-working space is good but room itself feels much more claustrophobic than Bugis or Funan properties. No amenities except shower items. Very spotty service at front counter. So-called "light clean" is only changing towel and throw rubbish - not even making up the bed. Disappointed this is Ascott property. Not recommended for longer stay.

It was not bad. Loved the location as it’s near my school and peaceful. I’m grateful to the staff for trying to find a quiet room for me, but the soundproofing of the hotel itself was not the best. One can hear their upstairs neighbours dragging chairs (no stomping noises though. Thank god.) and adjacent neighbours knocking on floors/walls etc. Room 505 or 504 had a faulty door stopper and when the door slammed I literally could feel the walls vibrating. Secondly, the air con would very coincidentally produce a gurgling noise when its temperature was set below 25°C, so you’d have to choose between sweating under the thick (but comfortable) blankets or experiencing what it’s like to be a fish in an aquarium. Bloop bloop. Shower pressure was aMAZING. Would go back just to shower. Please tell me which company made your showers so I can ask it to install them in my home.

Conveniently located next to the Circle line MRT Station, One-North. The trip from Changi airport only took 1h 36 minutes by public transport. Tip: Use SG BusLeh to get bus location and timings. Google Maps gave accurate trip times. Next door to Galaxies and other commercial buildings; the hotel was quiet and undisturbed. The staff are friendly and approachable. Room is cosy, clean and neat.

Good location close to MRT, around one hour from Changi airport to hotel l. Room is cozy and quiet, no refrigerator in room, have to use the shared one in the each floor. Have swimming pool and fitness too.
