We understand that each guest has their own comfort preferences, and we will consider how to address this issue going forward.Regarding the provision of a kitchen facility, please be aware that Singapore has stringent regulations governing such amenities. Implementing a kitchen would require approval from various authorities, including the fire department. Given the limited space available, we have opted to prioritize the creation of a common area instead of maximizing bed capacity. However, we acknowledge that there is room for improvement in the aesthetics and functionality of our current common area, and we will explore ways to enhance this space. We are committed to enhancing the ambiance and functionality of our common area to create a more inviting space for socializing and relaxation.Regarding the noise disturbances from the adjacent bar, we have communicated this issue to our landlord. Despite our efforts, little action has been taken to resolve the situation. Consequently, we have escalated the matter to the relevant authorities to address the excessive noise levels.We also apologize for the issues with the lockers. Ensuring the safety and security of our guests' belongings is our top priority, and we are taking immediate steps to rectify the situation.
