Very Pleasant stay. Just behind wisma and Takashimaya. Extremely convenient location close to shopping malls, restaurants, and train stations. Rooms are big enough, great apartment for families traveling to Singapore for several days, at least. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Good location along Orchard Road. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and Mall. Nice.

帶孩子過暑假，在這裏住了30天。 位置：在新加坡核心地段烏節路地鐵站對面，對面就是義安城，ion，wisma三個商場。 設施：老公寓，泳池還可以，平時人也不多，健身房很小，設施舊。週一到週五大堂有免費現磨咖啡，咖啡不錯～老公寓，所以房間算很大的，廚房有煤氣罩，雖然火小，但是可以煮簡單的飯菜，一般公寓都只有電磁爐的。傢俱裝修空調都比較舊，但是功能良好。 衞生：隔天打掃一次衞生，換床單。衞生做的一般，要求高的，要單獨和打掃阿姨強調。 環境：老公寓綠植環繞，很有味道。 服務：前台保安服務都不錯，很熱情。 生日當天還在冰箱裏收到酒店的生日蛋糕和祝福賀卡，很驚喜也很開心。

位置是最佳，整個新加坡最好。 價格也是不貴，性價比很高。 房間設施齊全，有一些老舊。 房間是那種小的兩居室，還算很方便。 洗衣服在地下，所有的洗衣機經常被佔滿，不是很方便。 服務很好，很有禮貌，有時候會幫忙開門。 窗外景色一般，外面出去環境還是很不錯的，總之很喜歡住，滿意的一次體驗。

看着各網站對該酒店的評價都不錯，提早很久預訂了9晚二卧 想全家可以住在一起。入住1108房間二晚實在無法忍受房間的空調噪音 凌晨三點下載APP測得室內噪音50分貝一早向前台反映後並末派人前來查看 而是直接説可以換房 但讓我們在房間等待 至中午仍沒結果 而這時測得客廳嗓音65分貝。再去交涉後同意我們退房。而之後攜程的退房流程重重受阻 酒店不同意退款。經攜程努力後最終9晚房費，入住2天，退還3天，另外4天無故被酒店扣除🥶。 1。酒店設施非常陳舊 完全不象2011年重新裝修的。 除空調噪音 衞生間馬桶沖水聲響到可以吵醒任何熟睡的人。不知道是否只是給我們的房間這樣 2。服務太差 提出投訴後根本不派人檢查 直接説換房間 又遲遲不見動作 只是一味讓我們等 態度是挺客氣 3。和攜程的溝通 酒店多次説謊 先説我們執意離店 又説和我們溝通過噪音分貝數問題 總之 這家酒店預訂入住時間必須多天 又是預付 千萬謹慎考慮。 也希望攜程可以實地考察該酒店的真實狀況。如下圖分別是凌晨3點卧室和上午9點多客廳的分貝數。之後換去Fraser Residence Orchard 同樣APP測得白天客廳分貝數42，所以APP數據相對還是靠譜的。

比較老的設施，關門比較響，隔音不好。但是服務還不錯，有什麼問題都幫忙解決。酒店距離地鐵站非常近，一百米都不到，太方便了，有長者孩子的非常必要。房型大，三卧全家出行首選。樓下泳池不錯。購物近，就在烏節路後面的街上，出門過馬路就是大商場。但是酒店預訂後沒有標註郵編，新加坡打車導航都是輸入郵編，司機找半天繞路，如果有打車去的提前問
