V Hotel Lavender

Clean and compact room, convenient location. Many food stalls at the surrounding area, easy access to train station downstairs.

It was my second time staying at V Hotel Lavender. This time my room was on the 13 floor and I had a nice city view with ICA building 😊. Moreover, room is clean and room Equipment is good especially in the toilet. For air conditioner in the room was so cold even we turned it off (just wonder why? but I sleep well with this temperature ) . The hotel is so convenient that MRT is nearby and food court around especially those who love TOAST BOX and Burger King. My breakfast is always at Koufu food court. Last but not least I will be back to this Hotel again when I go to Singapore.

First of all, the location is excellent because it is right beside the Lavender MRT station, which made travelling convenient. In terms of cleanliness, the room was quite clean, but one big problem was that the shower drain constantly emanated a foul smell. We had to close the toilet door, otherwise the smell would spread. In terms of service, we requested for extra pillows, and the hotel were able to accommodate to our request promptly. However, during check-in, the staff wasn't cheerful or welcoming. Also, when we asked some staff about the hotel facilities, they either replied that they don't know, or replied with a rather negative body language. Finally, for facilities, the basic ones were present, along with a small gym room and a swimming pool. However, the mini fridge inside the room was not cold enough at all, causing our ice cream to melt. Also, there were no coin laundry in the hotel. Overall, the biggest advantage of this hotel is its location. Yet, despite being branded as sort of a budget hotel by many travel vloggers, the price wasn't budget at all, and the product value is definitely lower than what one would expect from its price.

The place is really accessible. The MRT and restaurants are near the place.

Good location And the restaurant around hotel is cheper like local the 🍗🍛 is better tahn maxwell lol only7.4$ the sushi too 7$

Overall Satisfactory We staying in this hotel for 3 nights The room was comfortable with adequate size ( not large or too small) . Bathroom was also small size. Bed and pillows were very comfortable . there was also large window with natural light coming in. Room cleaning – the cleaner used to come daily and clean the room satisfactorily without any need for reminder Pool – Medium size pool which was maintained well

the internet access was really bad, I was on online meeting and the wifi was cut off, call to lobby asked me to wait for reset for 1st day After that the second day happen again and was down for longger time, the service guy came to the room and I told him my laptop unable to connect to internet and he answered me laptop he don't know. Not only laptop unable to connect my phone also not able to connect

Hotel location good. It is convenient to access all places I wish to go via the MRT station close to the hotel. Many food courts and shopping malls are nearby.

It was a great stay at the hotel, the location was great too.
