I have booked 2 4-night rooms (one Marina Bay twin, one Deluxe twin) for my family of three (one adult, children aged 12 and 13) and my friend's family of three (one adult, children aged 7 and 8) at the hotel from 9/27 to October 1. After checking in, I found that my room type was Room 2859 on the 28th floor (Room 2859 is not a bay view, but a city view, the house faces the building), while my friend's deluxe twin bed was actually on the 32nd floor (Room 3250) and could have a bay view, so I was very confused, so I went downstairs to ask the reception desk to give me the corresponding room type in line with the order I booked, and the reception desk initially agreed to change it for me. However, a staff member of Indian origin who looked like the lobby manager told me that the room I booked was not the Marina Bay View at all, and told me that the room type I booked was below the 38th floor and only had two twin beds, which was sold out. If I wanted to live in what they called the real Marina Bay View, I should have booked the room above the 38th floor, and if I wanted to stay in the Bay View, it was not impossible. Tell me that there is no twin bed only king bed, only Kingbed bay view room, has always stressed that only KingBed, ask me to be sure to change it, ask me that I will not change it and find other reasons, an arrogant posture! I said my reservation is called Marina bay view room (Marina bay view room) Why can't you see the view instead of the city view? I said I must have the Bay view, but the Kingbedroom can't accommodate three people, I need an extra bed! She said yes, extra beds need to be charged, at this time the Indian staff was very tough, but also educated me, said I booked the wrong, I should choose 3 adults to stay, because my children are over 12 years old! May I ask? I clearly in accordance with the Ctrip page truthfully fill in the age and number of people, and then pop up the price, where the problem, do I want to change the child's age to 18? Later, the staff of Ctrip replied to me that according to the hotel in Singapore is over 12 years old as adults, then Ctrip did not specify the rules on the hotel page, this time it was close to two o 'clock in the morning, the child was too tired, I was too tired to deal with, so I paid the extra bed fee. After going upstairs, I found that room 3055 was not the Kingbedroom as the staff said, but a twin bedroom. Then where is the extra bed fee I paid? And the staff previously told me that there were only two twin beds below the 38th floor and that the Bay View was sold out, so where did this twin bed on the 30th floor come from? After I paid, the twin bed on the 38th floor will be available? It is a fraud, but the next day I find Ctrip to confront the hotel, the hotel replied that after asking the staff, the reply is that I pay is not the extra bed fee, it is the extra staff fee! She told me that the Indian worker said double bed, when she said Kingbed and then she said Doublebed the next day, which made me know Indian people. It's a lie. It's disgusting! Except for the Indian staff, the service staff at the grassroots level are all good, but for this particular person, I have written an email complaint to the headquarters of the Stanford Hotel in Switzerland, do not let such an arrogant, rude and full of lies affect your reputation! Also remind want to book the hotel do not book what so-called Marina bay room, because you pay more than the ordinary room type and can not see the bay view!

Strategies location and near to mrt station which made is easy to go anyway. The view is amazing and the service is good. Thank you will revisit again

National Day Week! Hotel was packed as expected. The gym was extra packed too. I requested for high floor but well, understandably it was a busy week. But we were glad we managed to get the view of MBS at least so we could see the NDP FIREWORKS! We love this area alot as finding food was very easy for us! We hope to stay on a higher floor next time.

This hotel is conveniently located and close to many scenic spots. House keeping staff come a few times to clean our room every day and refill supplies. Three restaurants to choose from for breakfast.

We spent our last day here, basically to rest. We had a good rest. My family loved everything so far. I also appreciate that they allowed us to check in early. We were so tired traveling so an early check in was wonderful. 🥰🥰

Room is very spacious. Stayed in the 31st floor, view was exhilarating. Only small issue was perhaps the check in process. The self check in counter wasn't very user friendly. Luckily hotel staff was there to takeover. Location wise is perfect. And lots of food choices at Raffles city which is connected to the hotel.

Best location to watch the National Day Parade! Excellent view and atmosphere!

The hotel is packed with tourists and quite busy but the staff, especially Melvin, has been most patient and helpful to arrange for the room that I requested for. Thanks Melvin! Really appreciative of the arrangement and every staff on hand is friendly and ready to help to the extra mile! The only minor things were the bath tub takes too long to drain, was just using the shower and the TV's service was not working all the time. Do note it can be tricky to understand the room views - City, Habour, Marina Bay views, so do ask again when you check in.

Booked 2 nights stay at Swissotel over the weekend (asked for complimentary rollaway bed) and requested for room facing MBS so that the kids can watch NDP preview fireworks. Superb view and service from Check-in, Concierge, Room Service and the hotel's location is GREAT! Food and nearby attractions are so accessible. It would be even better if there was a porter to help with our luggage at the entrance (peak period), children's waterplay or playground areas and more kids-friendly bathtub (the sides of the bathtub is abit rough).

Location is excellent. Room is very clean and equips with an excellent view.

We had a wonderful 3d2n stay at the Premier double room. Room is spacious, clean, nice deco. Thumbs up for the effort in creating a sustainable stay for your guests. The filtered water function is so convenient, reducing the need to buy or boil water. We are lucky to see the fly past as there is NE show on Saturday. Thank you for the birthday cake for my husband. Side note: there is no complimentary parking, not even guest rate. We spent a whopping $99 for the parking!

It is well located, has a good stay, and is very polite with helpful reception staff.
