We recently enjoyed a 7 night stay at this beautiful hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and well kept and have all the amenities you need. The view was stunning from our 5th floor balcony. Highly recommend!

The stay was amazing. The location is nice a quiet, with a beautiful view. The rooms a very clean and comfortable. Very time when I go to SXM, princess heights is my top choice to stay for short or long vacation. The staff a very welcoming and friendly.

I chose this hotel because of the ambience it exuded just by looking at the pictures online. I must say, the pictures did not do Princess Heights the justice it deserves. On entering, we were greeted with beautiful smiles and an extreme outpour of personable service (a major plus). The surroundings were Clean and overly presentable, to no fault. I could go on and on but I will say, it is on a must visit/stay list here in St.Maarten (bordering St. Martin/french side). It has a feel of being at home with its relaxing environment that I know alot of us truly needs. Princess Heights surpasses all expectations and rather accomodating. Worth more than 5 stars.

I’m already planning a trip back to Princess Heights next January! I just returned home from a cruise and had booked a room for an additional day on both ends of my week in the Caribbean. Both stays were exceptional. The entire staff made sure that I was comfortable in my room and also ensured that I was transported to/from the airport and ship on time. They also transported me to restaurants in the area, Oyster Pond, which I highly recommend because of its beauty and relaxing vibe. I was able to fully relax in my spacious and VERY CLEAN rooms and in the lovely pool, and it was a short walk to the beach, which is stunning. I thoroughly enjoyed my breakfasts on the balcony overlooking the ocean. I miss it already, which is why I’m already planning my next trip! Thank you so much, Princess Heights!

A very friendly and helpful staff. They went out of their way to help me. The room was excellent but there was no netting to prevent bugs flying in without keeping the glass doors shut. The entrance corridor was dark and a little unsettling. When the room door was opened, a swarm of mosquitoes would fly into the little kitchen. Fortunately, there was a door that shut off the bedroom from the kitchen. Also, the lock was reluctant at first and the glass doors to the balcony would lock from the inside if the doors were shut from the outside...which, I unfortunately found out to my chagrin and despite being warned. Nonetheless. million dollar views with an excellent continental breakfast.

Check this out. This Place is Amazing! The views are spectacular. the rooms are large with all the amenities but what makes this place really stand out is the staff. Bend over backwards kind of things, service that was above and beyond. Saskia, Simone and the rest of the team always a we can do attitude. We loved it! We had to leave earlier than expected but we will be back! Thank you to all!!! Thank you for your non alcoholic efforts, Saskia!

Princess Heights Hotel was Amazing!! Diana & her staff were great and very attentive- making sure that we had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation! Our 6th floor room was beautiful and came with a stunning ocean view. We were minutes from Dawn Beach ️

We have returned many times to this hotel, starting in 2015. Why? It is just beautiful, very clean, with an Italian villa feel. The view from most rooms is amazing; water, seashore, clouds, boats on the horizon. The location is great for us - remote (quiet!), relaxing. We can drive down into the small town for a croissant and coffee for breakfast, and off to other parts for dinner. Yes you need a car and the drive winds a bit. There is an elevator if you don't want to take the stairs, (C'mon, be strong! Take the stairs!). If you want to eat in you have to go get it; not many delivery options. But room service is not why we stay here. We have been round and round the world, and this is our favorite place to revisit.

The hotel was excellent! The staff was perfect! We had a wonderful trip. The suite and pool were so enjoyable. Continental breakfast was great too! When we asked for something from the staff they were right on it! Suite was very clean and the bed was so comfortable.
