The Wood Hotel by Elite, Skellefteå I booked a room in the Wood Hotel by Elite in Skellefteå via the Booking mobile app on 21.06.2023. I had a Genius discount with a room upgrade, breakfast, and dinner. It was a getaway offer for Genius 3 Level guests. The idea was to have a romantic stay during my summer vacation and have a pleasant time. After payment was done dinner went missing from my reservation. I contacted the property regarding the issue and the hotel asked me to resolve this problem myself since the property that sold me this package insisted on not having such packages. I had to send 60 messages, and make 9 calls over two hours on the phone. 30€bill during the last 24 hours being between the property and Booking service agents trying to solve the problem. 24 hours of stress, calls, messages, sending proofs, screenshots, waiting, etc. Even before my trip even began I feel dizzy because of stress, and spent a sleepless night before departing to my destination. I spent over 30€ on calls to get what I paid for. I totally regret dealing with this property altogether. The main idea was to have a luxurious pleasant and unique summer vacation trip for couples. Well… I got totally the opposite. For people who book this hotel: definitely do not book it through *********** and do not expect relaxation. The idea was to have a romantic stay during my summer vacation and have a pleasant time. The result is total stress, sleepless night, headache, and other health issues. I regret making a booking there.
