We arrive the first day and we get in the room. It smelled mold, it was dirty with dust, rubbish from previous guests on the floor, dirty baby wipes inside the fridge (because this is how they clean), bedsheets and towels were extremely old in bad condition had huge yellow stains (that according to the owner is not a problem because it doesn’t go away when they wash them). The AC was not working in our room and was blowing warm air and it was set on 16 degrees! The worst part is the owner that makes you feel like it’s you that have the issue and experience it that way. Not a single “we’re sorry for the inconvenience” was said. We asked them to double clean the room and change our bedsheets again. They did it and we still found rubbish under the bed. We asked to change room because of the AC. The second room was better but still old pillows and matresses, dirty feeling towels and bedsheets that they do not change at all (and we stayed there 4 nights). The room service came in the room while we were inside and sleeping, didn’t even knock on the door, just opened the door with his keys and asking us if we want room service. We, two women, were on the bed sleeping. Unacceptable. It’s not his fault, it doesn’t looked like he knows English nor Greek, it’s the owners fault for not taking care of such issues. My blood pressure skyrocketed after I was sleeping and I heard the door get unlocked and a man coming in. Already on our first day I asked for my money back and that we should go and find another hotel but they refused. After speaking to the owner I couple of times explaining the issues, i gave up, because they don’t care and don’t see the problem. They are so unbothered from all the negative comments, they do not care. I read previous reviews and they still have the same issues. Even the locals of the island knew that this hotel is absolutely not good. Long story short, stay somewhere else
