The hotel is very nice and you feel to be sleeping in a ******* temple. Food was good, staff super kind. Pleasant stay

Great place to stay,had fun and their staffs are super friendly, feels like home.

1. Loved the ******* unique decor / artworks of the hotel 2. Location is superb, very near Jiu Zhai Huang Long high speed rail station. We paid 20 yuan (2 pax) taxi fare from train station to hotel. Upon checking out, the hotel provided free shuttle using their hotel transport (mpv) to the nearby high speed rail station. 3. All staff are very warm, friendly and helpful. The reception staff brought us some snacks after we checked in and resting in our room @5pm. 4. Dinner at hotel was very convenient and the recommended dishes are light to cure our high altitude sickness after visited Huang Long National Park. 5. The window view was a river and high speed rail track in the distance. Feeling relaxed and refreshing. 6. The room size is big and clean. 7. The hotel provides transport and tour to Jiuzhaigou and Huang Long scenic places.

Hotel pick up and drop off, helps us with getting in and out. Big compound with restaurant. There is no where else easy to reach for meals except at the hotel restaurant.

Very remote location, and hotel wanted to charge extortionate price for dinner, so we went out and it approved extremely difficult to get a taxi too due to the remote location. The room smelled stale, and the mattress was very hard and uncomfortable, the breakfast was awful and there was no coffee and any soft drinks. We were glad we were out of there.I simply could not believe they have a 5 star rating!

Impressed by the facility and the service definitely will recommend

The hotel is huge with nice Tibetian vibes. Highly recommend for those who like to experience the Tibetian flavours. Located 15min away from Songpan town and about 30min drive to the cable car point to Huanglong scenic area. Front desk staffs are not always at the reception, perhaps it's due to low season. However, they are very helpful and pleasant.

Our second visit to this hotel 😀, we love the architecture, which look beautiful on the outside but even more beautiful and authentic on the inside. The rooms are clean, beds are very comfortable and no noise from the road. Breakfast is Chinese cuisine, must try the yak butter tea☕️😋

2個人的早餐，不是自助餐，勝似自助餐，服務人員感覺都很熱情，離開的時候估計沒睡醒，沒咋聽懂，前台問了我幾遍要送去高鐵站嘛，出門遇到頭天高鐵接我們的師傅，也熱情的問現在要去高鐵站嘛，地暖不知道是不是我不會用，感覺外面走廊比房間暖和，還有藏族衣服，可惜沒有時間體驗

酒店地理位置優越，離黃龍九寨高鐵站三五分鐘車程。酒店配套服務完善，有接送機、接送站…本人使用了酒店接送站服務，接送站師傅服務熱情… 酒店早餐豐盛… 酒店前台、餐廳服務人員，服務熱情、積極主動… 房間配有暖氣… 在阿壩州松潘縣，一個川主寺小鎮…酒店各部門員工具有這樣積極的服務意識、熱情的服務態度，實屬難得。
